Service nach 4 Wochen nicht erledigt. „Meld mich, wenn ich was weiß..“ jajaa danke für keine Info, dauernd muss man allem hinterlaufen. Wenn man dann das Radl abholt und die vorher intakte Automatische Sattelstütze kaputt ist (- weils scheinbar am Sattel aufgehängt wurde) ? Wenn man dann eine andere, fähige, verlässliche Rad Werkstatt gefunden hat und einem gesagt wird das ihr ja auch keinen Giant Partner mehr seit… Bei Abholung des bikes hieß es nochmal „ich schaus mir an und ich melde mich“….ach ja Also danke nochmal für nix ;) Unfortunately you have to give a star; no one would be appropriate here. Service not done after 4 weeks. "Let me know if I know something .." yeah, thank you for no information, you have to keep chasing after everything. If you then pick up the bike and the previously intact automatic seat post is broken (- because it was apparently hung on the saddle) ? When you've found another, capable, reliable bike workshop and you're told that you haven't been a giant partner since ... When I picked up the bike, I said again “I'll take a look and I'll get in touch”… oh yes So thanks again for nothing;)

Habe da meiner Freundin ein Bike für Geburtstag gekauft und bei der Abholung hat ihr Michael noch ein Kuchen mit der Kerze dazu gegeben :-) Wie Cool! :-) It's not just about business, it's about meeting all of the customer's needs. I bought my girlfriend's bike for her birthday and when I picked it up, Michael gave her a cake with the candle :-) How cool! :-)
B	Benjamin Rein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwei mal Reperaturen an der Bremse durchführen lassen. Beim eintreten kann man sich schonmal blöd anmachen lassen wenn man das Rad nicht von ihnen hat. Ich dacht mir hald man bezahlt die Leistung und geht zum Fachmann... Leider scheint es die dort nicht zu geben. Beide male wurde der Bremssattel nicht wieder festgezogen, was tatsächlich sehr unangenehm ist. Have repairs carried out on the brake twice. When entering you can let yourself be turned on stupidly if you don't have the bike from them. I thought that soon you would pay for the service and go to a specialist ... Unfortunately, they don't seem to be there. Both times the brake caliper was not tightened again, which is actually very uncomfortable.
B	Bernhard Hintringer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Rad habe ich dort zur Reparatur (Zentrierung von meiner Felge nachstellen) und zum verbauen von einem neuen Kettenblatt abgegeben. Am Di kurz vor Ladenschluss hingebracht und am Mittwoch Mittag war das Rad schon Fertig. Super kompetenter und freundlicher Chef. Schnell und preiswert, dort fühlt man sich wohl :) Alle die hier 1 Stern geben sind sicher selber das Problem und nicht der Besitzer bzw die Mitarbeiter. I gave my bike there for repairs (readjusting the centering of my rim) and for installing a new chainring. Brought there on Tuesday just before the shop closes, and the bike was ready on Wednesday at noon. Super competent and friendly boss. Fast and inexpensive, you feel comfortable there :) All those who give 1 star are certainly the problem themselves and not the owner or the employees.

Ich werde sicher wieder kommen, und empfehle gerne diese Shop! I came for Rad Service and got great service and great prices. Very nice staff. I will definitely come back, and I would happily recommend this shop!
k	karL Vokoun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor einer Woche ein Rad reserviert, es kostet mehrere tausend Euro und bikefeeling ist der einzige Händler der es hatte, (Betonung, hatte, denn jetzt ist es meines). beim Vorab Gespräch mit dem Firmeninhaber, wurden mir sehr viele Details genannt, wir wurden uns über den Preis und zusätzliche Anbauteile, schnell einig. Gestern bin ich von Wien nach Linz gefahren, um das Rad zu holen, alles war vorbereitet, Michael erklärte mir die Handhabung, und nach einem herzlichen Gespräch, hat er noch das Rad aufgeladen.Vielen Dank, einfach dafür dass bikefeeling, Wort gehalten hat, wir sehen einander wieder I reserved a bike a week ago, it costs several thousand euros and bikefeeling is the only dealer who had it (emphasis on had, because now it's mine). During the preliminary conversation with the company owner, I was given a lot of details, we quickly agreed on the price and additional attachments. Yesterday I drove from Vienna to Linz to get the bike, everything was ready, Michael explained how to use it and after a hearty chat, he loaded the bike. Thank you very much for bike feeling, keeping your word. we see each other again
