★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the COVID-19 situation I was forced to leave the city. I asked then for a cancellation and they accepted telling me it was not a problem. But after a month they proceed to illegally charge me different amounts of money on a different times even thought all Austria was lockdown and the gym was close. Now they extended the membership (without my permission) so they can cash in and still charging me “illegally” as if I were using the gym. I sent so many emails already explaining what is happening and they always ignore me.
(As I can read in the comments. I am not the only one they are playing with.)
This is a COMPANY trying to MAKE PROFIT from CORONAVIRUS situation. Such an unscrupulous organization!
