D	Domino Blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bettenreiter ist übersiedelt - neben TK Maxx. Nachteil: weniger Parkplätze, kein Parkhaus. Angeblicher Vorteil: in einer Ebene. Ich war nur kurz im Geschäft und habe zielstrebig etwas Bestimmtes gesucht und gefunden, sodass ich keinen Eindruck über das gesamte Geschäftslokal gewinnen konnte. Gefühlsmäßig ist die Filiale jetzt kleiner als früher. Bettenreiter has moved - next to TK Maxx. Disadvantage: fewer parking spaces, no parking garage. Alleged advantage: on one level. I was only in the shop for a short time and purposefully looked for and found something specific, so that I couldn't get an impression of the entire business premises. Emotionally, the branch is now smaller than it used to be.

Das Geschäft ist durch dem Umbau für mich nicht übersichtlicher geworden, ich wusste vorher, wo alles war. Folgt man dem Wegweiser zum Parkdeck, landet man im alten Haus, wo die Schilder einen in die Irre führen. Vor dem alten Eingang verweist ein Schild in Richtung des neuen Shops, dort zeigen dann 3 im Wind wehende Fahnen "Reiter", wenn man Glück hat, und der Wind sie gerade aufweht. Der Parkplatz ist eine Zumutung - vermutlich nie wieder. Auch die Google Fotos zeigen das alte Haus. Because of the polite answer, more asterisks. The business deserves a fresh start. The shop has not become clearer for me as a result of the renovation, I knew where everything was beforehand. If you follow the sign to the parking deck, you end up in the old house, where the signs lead you astray. In front of the old entrance a sign points towards the new shop, there 3 flags waving in the wind show "riders", if you are lucky and the wind is blowing them. S	ST ST on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den 5. Stern vergebe ich aufgrund der exzellenten Beratung durch Herrn Richter. Der Kauf eines Neuwagens beschert mir weitaus weniger Zweifel und Probleme, daher war das heute wirklich eine Erleichterung. Neuer Store mit neuem "Matratzen-/Schlafbereich", den ich wirklich gelungen finde. Obendrein gab es noch eine wirlich tolle Aktion zu einem Set, welches ich bereits vor einem Jahr ins Auge gefasst habe. Noch bevor die erste Frage aufkam, war bereits ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort welcher wirklich den Eindruck vermittelte, mehr als nur das Verkäufer 1x1 für Matratzen zu kennen. Ich freue mich schon auf die kostenlose Lieferung, gegen einen Aufpreis von 20€ pro Stück könnte man auch die alten Matratzen gleich entsorgen lassen. I am awarding the 5th star because of the excellent advice from Mr. Richter. Buying a new car gives me far fewer doubts and problems, so it really was a relief today. New store with a new "mattress / sleeping area", which I really like. On top of that, there was a really great campaign for a set that I already considered a year ago. Even before the first question arose, an employee was already on site who really gave the impression of knowing more than just the 1x1 seller for mattresses. I'm looking forward to the free delivery, for an extra charge of € 20 per piece you could also have the old mattresses disposed of straight away.

Davon war EINER in Ordnung. Einer war viel größer als angegeben und total verzogen, der Zweite hat ausgesehen, als ob schon jemand darin geschlafen hätte. Insgesamt schlecht verarbeitet, überall lose Nähte und verbügelte Kanten. Sooo billig kann Ihre Ware gar nicht sein, dass ich das noch einmal auf mich nehme. Please delete me from your customer file. I looked for pillowcases - again - and finally found 3 pieces. ONE of them was okay. One was much larger than advertised and totally warped, the second looked as if someone had already slept in it. Overall poorly processed, loose seams and ironed edges everywhere. Your goods can't be so cheap that I'll take it on again.

Nachdem ich gestern den Store betreten habe, um mir im Eingangsbereich ein Weihnachtspolsterl anzusehen, wurde ich prompt extrem unfreundlich von einer Mitarbeiterin nach meinem 2G-Nachweis gefragt. Ohne Vorweisung dessen, durfte ich mein Stöbern nicht fortsetzen. Abrupt verließ ich mit einem netten "Danke" das Geschäftslokal und komme demnach NIE WIEDER! Abgesehen davon, dass ein Mitarbeiter den 2G-Status laut Grundgesetz gar nicht überprüfen darf, sondern nur die Behörde, müsste ein jeweiliges Organ VOR dem Geschäft kontrollieren und nicht mittendrin. Diese Unart und Unfreundlichkeit ist mir keinen Einkauf bei Bettenreiter mehr wert!!! This shop will NEVER see me and my girlfriend AGAIN !!!! Without being shown, I was not allowed to continue browsing. I left the shop abruptly with a nice "thank you" and will NEVER be back! Apart from the fact that an employee is not allowed to check the 2G status according to the Basic Law, but only the authority, a respective body would have to check BEFORE the business and not in the middle. This naughtiness and rudeness is no longer worth shopping at Bettenreiter!

Übrigens durch sehr höfliches Personal. Die Auswahl ist sehr gut, ebenso die Qualität, die Beratung ist ebenfalls. Das Personal fällt überhaupt durch Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit auf. Ein erstklassiges Geschäft.
