Was there last week and had my eyelashes lifted and tinted, which turned out to be beautiful in and of itself, but unfortunately not nicely colored right eyelashes only half colored, a shame and that at 65 €

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viel zu teuer und dazu noch schlechte Qualität! Eine Maniküre mit Shellac kostet normalerweise ca € 40. Im prime Kosmetikstudio werden € 65!! verlangt und die Qualität ist schlecht - die Nägel wurden sehr ungenau lackiert! An den Rändern meiner Nägel sieht man, dass dort mit dem Lack gespart wird! Für diesen Preis geht das einfach nicht!
Much too expensive and bad quality too! A manicure with Shellac normally costs around € 40. In the prime cosmetic studio it costs € 65 !! requested and the quality is poor - the nails were painted very imprecisely! At the edges of my nails you can see that the varnish is being saved there! It just doesn't work for this price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service, sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Der Termin wurde trotz Vereinbarung vom Studio nicht eingehalten. Man nimmt sich extra Zeit für eine teure Gesichtsbehandlung um vor Ort abgewiesen zu werden mit der Begründung, dass eine Kollegin kurzfristig ausgefallen ist und keine Vertretung organisiert wurde. Nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung vom Studio hat man bekommen! So ein Verhalten ist einfach inakzeptabel!
Bad service, very rude and unprofessional. The appointment was not kept by the studio despite the agreement. You take extra time for an expensive facial treatment to be turned away on the spot on the grounds that a colleague is absent at short notice and no replacement has been organized. You didn't even get an apology from the studio! Such behavior is simply unacceptable!
