I am an opera singer and I sang at the Salzburg Festival 2021. I went to the Vita club all month. I found a really super environment!
Super clean, super relaxing and super professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opaque policies with many hidden fines, and a complete lack of understanding/sympathy on the part of the office – I was signed up here for a month and have been suffering the consequences since. Not recommended for people unable to parse the confusing contract language or visitors to Salzburg looking for a gym to use for a limited time. The gym itself is fine, but I cannot overstate how awful my ordeal with the administrative side of things has been. Stay away!

The employees have lack of system knowledge, English language and rules of the club! In addition to that, when you write an email to them, they just act arrogant! They are completely not customer friendly!
I just signed to the fitness club in October 2021 and because of lockdown have never been there and cancelled my contract 3 months before the 2G rule was not mandatory anymore. They withdraw money from my account in March, 2022 with adding some extra activities that I have never signed to! I have never used the gym or any other activities but had to pay for nothing with my last money!
In the time of the war in my country I didn’t have money to pay, and I asked them to not withdraw money from my account because I cancelled it early and I also explained that I am a student and it was my last money. I begged them a couple of times to make an exception because of current situation. They wrote me that when I cancelled my membership, there were no war! Citation: ”Unabhängig davon, herrschte zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Kündigung noch kein Krieg. Kann ich nur wiederholen, dass wir Ihnen keine fällig gewordenen Beiträge rückerstatten.”
The people who are working in the office are not humans!!!
