Wenn man sich für ein Gerät entscheidet ist auch eine Einschulung im Service inkludiert. Hat man dann später einmal ein Problem mit dem Gerät wird einem bei der Fa. Kastl + Reiter auch sehr nett und freundlich geholfen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt völlig. Die Maschinen und auch das Zubehör sind im normalen Preis-Bereich, aber den Service den es hier gibt kann kein Online-Shop bieten. Absolut zu empfehlen und toll dass es solche richtigen Familien-Betriebe noch gibt. Very friendly and competent. Before making a purchase, you take the time to give customers detailed advice. If you choose a device, service training is also included. If you have a problem with the device later, the Kastl + Reiter company will help you in a very nice and friendly manner. Price-performance ratio fits perfectly. The machines and accessories are in the normal price range, but no online shop can offer the service that is available here. Highly recommended and great that such real family businesses still exist.

Update 2022, neue Stickmaschine bekommen: Wurde zur vereinbarten Zeit geliefert, aufgestellt und umfangreich eingeschult (ca.8h!). Und das bei einem Preis, der bei Online Händlern (ohne Aufstellservice und Einschulung) absolut gleich ist! Hier wird SERVICE noch groß geschrieben!! Bitte macht weiter so!! Great company! Very good training when buying a machine! Fast and competent help with problems! Update 2022, got a new embroidery machine: It was delivered at the agreed time, set up and extensively trained (approx. 8 hours!). And that at a price that is absolutely the same as for online dealers (without installation service and training)! SERVICE is still very important here!! Please keep it up!!
l	lisa grau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selten bis nie so eine herzlich-freundliche, gleichzeitig unglaublich kompetente beratung erlebt. das gesamte team ist sehr sympathisch, jegliche meiner fragen wurde beantwortet, da steckt jahrzente lange erfahrung und wissen dahinter. man bekommt eine ausführliche einführung und genaue erklärung jeglicher funktionen der maschine. selbst bei einer frage zu einem nähprojekt wurde mir umfassend geholfen und mit mir an einer lösung getüftelt! habe sowohl eine nähmaschine als auch eine overlock dort gekauft, und werde diesem geschäft in allen handarbeitsbelangen treu bleiben! Rarely if ever experienced such a warm, friendly and at the same time incredibly competent advice. the entire team is very personable, any of my questions were answered, there is decades of experience and knowledge behind it. you get a detailed introduction and detailed explanation of all functions of the machine. even with a question about a sewing project, they helped me extensively and worked on a solution with me! I bought both a sewing machine and an overlock there and will remain loyal to this shop in all matters relating to handwork!
