Seine ganze Leidenschaft und lange Erfahrung mischt sich mit den besten Vollkorn-Demeter Zutaten zu unglaublich gutem Brot und Süßem. Im Vergleich zu all den geläufigen Bäckerei-Ketten in Wien wird hier alles, vom Korn über das Mühlen bis zum fertigen Brot selbst gemacht vor Ort in der Backstube. Wieso sollte man überhaupt noch eine andere Bäckerei in Erwägung ziehen, wenn es das Kornradl gibt. Volle Empfehlung! Volle Unterstützung! Quite simply the best baker in Vienna. One-man operation and real baking art in perfection. All his passion and long experience are mixed with the best wholemeal Demeter ingredients to create incredibly good bread and sweets. Compared to all the common bakery chains in Vienna, everything here, from grain to milling to the finished bread, is homemade on site in the bakery. Why should you even consider another bakery when the Kornradl is available. Full recommendation! Full support!

Wir hatten Glück und durften unsere Topfengulaschen heiß aus dem Ofen probieren, wie zu früheren Kindheitstagen bei Oma. Super lecker!!! Die Topfen waren richtig saftig und soooo schmackhaft. Auch mit Powidl sind sie super lecker, unbedingt ausprobieren!!! Die süßen Backwaren werden ohne Zucker gebacken, sondern nur mit dem Biohonig oder Powidl versüßt. Und der Herr in der Backstube war sowas von nett! Meine Lieblings handgemachten Topfengulaschen in Wien❤️ The best curling golatsch I have ever eaten. You will be seduced from afar with the delicious smell of freshly baked organic baked goods ... We were lucky and were able to try our curd stew hot out of the oven, just like in the old days with grandma. Delicious!!! The curd was really juicy and soooo tasty. They are also delicious with Powidl, definitely try it !!! The sweet baked goods are baked without sugar, but only sweetened with organic honey or Powidl. And the gentleman in the bakery was kind of nice! My favorite handmade curd stew in Vienna❤️
