Mitarbeiter der Krankenkasse, teilweise auch Ärzte (wurde immer zur Kontrolluntersuchung wegen Krankestand eingeladen),waren sehr unfreundlich, manchmal sogar unverschämt. Das war für mich eine zusätzliche Belastung. Anstatt dass man dir hilft, stattdessen wirst fertig gemacht. Einfach nur traurig. Unfortunately I haven't had a good experience. Employees of the health insurance, sometimes also doctors (was always invited to check-ups because of the state of health), were very unfriendly, sometimes even rude. That was an additional burden for me. Instead of being helped, instead you get finished. Just sad.

C	Carlota Fainberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte zwei unangenehme Erfahrung hier. Zuvor war ich immer gerne in die BVA Zahnklinik gegangen. Bei einem der Besuche war eine Ärztin schon sehr unfreundlich zu mir, aber ich dachte okay, sie hätte einen schlechten Tag gehabt. Meine Sache war in 3 Minuten erledigt, also daran konnte es nicht gelegen gaben. Bei dem darauffolgenden Besuch war die selbe Ärztin unglaublich viel unfreundlicher. Ich hatte schon die ungute Stimmung zwischen ihr und der Kollegin vor dem Hineingehen gemerkt und hörte im Flur ein genervtes Kommentar über Patient*innen. Ebenso genervt mit rollenden Augen und extrem unfreundlich wurde ich behandelt. Als dann noch ein abwertender, absolut ungebildeter Kommentar über meine Berufsgruppe (ein durchaus respektabler Beruf) gefallen ist, war ich sprachlos und fassungslos über das Verhalten dieser Ärztin. So schlecht bin ich noch nirgends behandelt worden! I had two unpleasant experiences here. Before that, I always liked going to the BVA Dental Clinic. On one of the visits, one doctor was very rude to me, but I thought okay, she was having a bad day. My job was done in 3 minutes, so that couldn't be the reason. On the following visit, the same doctor was incredibly unfriendly. I had already noticed the bad mood between her and the colleague before going in and heard an annoyed comment about patients in the hallway. I was treated just as annoyed with rolling eyes and extremely unfriendly. When a derogatory, absolutely uneducated comment was made about my professional group (a thoroughly respectable profession), I was speechless and stunned by the behavior of this doctor. I have never been treated so badly anywhere!
X	X. Y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem mein Antrag auf eine Therapie abgelehnt wurde suchte ich telefonisch um ein Gespräch mit dem zuständigen Chefarzt an. Es wurde zwar angedeutet dass das wahrscheinlich nichts bringt, aber mir wurde trotzdem recht rasch ein Termin gegeben. Dieser war äußerst zufriedenstellend: der Chefarzt sah sich kurz meine Unterlagen an, stellte zwei, drei Fragen und mir wurde die Therapie doch genehmigt. Ein paar Jahre später gleiches Spiel: zuerst abgelehnt, nach einer kurzen persönlichen Überprüfung durch den Chefarzt doch genehmigt. Mit dem Zusatz, dass er eben zuerst restriktiver ist und genauer hinschaut wo Leistungen wirklich benötigt werden. Hatte vor den Terminen eigentlich befürchtet dass Beschwerden klein geredet werden und man sich zieren wird. Aber keine Spur davon, hatte das Gefühl dass es ernst genommen wird. Finde ich sehr in Ordnung. After my application for therapy was rejected, I called to speak to the responsible chief physician. This was extremely satisfactory: the chief physician briefly looked at my documents, asked two or three questions and the therapy was approved. A few years later, the same game: initially rejected, but approved after a brief personal review by the chief physician. With the addition that he is more restrictive at first and takes a closer look at where services are really needed. Before the appointments, I was actually afraid that complaints would be downplayed and that one would hesitate. But no sign of it, felt like it was being taken seriously. I find it very okay.

I have visited many dentist, but first time I felt so confortable with a dentist. Perfect English speaker, I asked many questions, she solved all of them. I did not wait so long since I was on time which is also good. Thanks for everything Dr Meyr. you are great and so professional.
