S	Sabine Hauswirth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte E-Bike beim Service dort. Es wurden neue Reifen, eine neue Kette und Bremsbeläge gemacht. Nach Abholung laute hatte das so laute Knackgeräusche und das Display blinkt ständig, Gänge rutschen teilweise durch. Die Aussage ich soll das Display aus und wieder einschalten bei der Probefahrt war das nicht ersichtlich und Geräusche wurden angeblich auch nicht wahrgenommen. Ich komme mir verarscht und abgezogen bei einer Rechnung von 240 Euro!!! vor. Schade, diese Werkstatt kann ich nicht empfehlen! Update: Die Werkstatt hat heute nochmal von sich aus alles nochmal übergeprüft und ohne weitere Kosten Schrauben und Muttern ausgetauscht sodass alles Jetzt ohne Geräusche läuft und auch nicht mehr blinkt. Das war super, danke dafür! Jetzt kann ich diese Werkstatt zu 100% weitrempfehlen, da sie um eine Lösung der Probleme wirklich sehr bemüht waren und diese auch komplett behoben haben. Had an e-bike at the service there. New tires, a new chain and brake pads were made. After picking up it had loud cracking noises and the display flashes constantly, corridors sometimes slip through. The statement I should switch the display off and on again during the test drive that was not evident and noises were supposedly not perceived. I'm kidding and deducted from a bill of 240 euros! in front. It's a shame, I can't recommend this workshop! Update: The workshop checked everything again today and replaced screws and nuts at no additional cost so that everything now runs without any noise and no longer flashes. That was great, thanks for that! Now I can 100% recommend this workshop, because they really tried very hard to solve the problems and have also completely resolved them.

B	Bernie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist immer ein Ärgernis, wenn irgendetwas mit dem Fahrrad nicht stimmt, kaputt geht und man selber zu blöd ist (so wie ich), das Problem zu lösen oder das Rad zu reparieren. Bei Bk-Bikes ist man aber bestens aufgehoben, wenn es um Reparaturen und Services am Rad geht - ein freundlicher, unkomplizierter und SEHR lösungsorientierter Service, faire Preise und, auch wenn viel los ist, sehr humane Wartezeiten. Zu behaupten, ich würde mich freuen, wenn mein Fahrrad mal wieder hin ist wäre gelogen, aber durch Bk-Bikes ist es eigentlich nur halb so schlimm, da man hier immer Top-Service erhält! Weiter so, Danke und bis (hoffentlich nicht ganz so) bald! It's always a nuisance when something is wrong with the bike, breaks down and you're too stupid (like me) to solve the problem or fix the bike. But with Bk-Bikes you are in good hands when it comes to repairs and services on your bike - a friendly, uncomplicated and VERY solution-oriented service, fair prices and, even when it's busy, very humane waiting times. To say that I would be happy if my bike was returned would be a lie, but with Bk-Bikes it's really only half the problem, because you always get top service here! Keep it up, thanks and see you (hopefully not quite so) soon!
