Entlüften entfiel also auch hier Daumen hoch. I can say thank you, my Easter weekend was saved. 4 days in the endurance test and the Reverb seat post does what it should without giving way. So there was no venting here either, thumbs up.

Abwicklung unkompliziert und schnell! Several forks and dampers have already been given to the damper clinic for service, they are very well advised and requests are met. Processing uncomplicated and fast!

Keine Serviceleistung bzw. Garantieleistung! besser man geht direkt zum Hersteller! Cane Creek damper broken again after just a few trips! No meeting or support from the damper clinic. The € 190 was a waste of money! No service or guarantee! better to go directly to the manufacturer!
S	Sebastian Reyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dämpferklinik hat mir bei meinem Fox-Dämpfer geholfen wo es nur ging. Der Dämpfer war leider komplett am Sack und wurde wie neu hergerichtet. Inkl. Abwicklung mit Fox in Bezug auf Ersatzteilversorgung (momentan ja alles andere als leicht wegen Corona) und sogar Kulanz seitens Fox (auch nicht immer so einfach). Die Preis/Leistung ist voll okay dafür, dass man eine professionelle Anlaufstelle in der Umgebung hat. Ich habe immer alle Infos und Updates zum Reparaturstatus bekommen und die Klinik war immer erreichbar. Was will man mehr ? Wären auch mehr Sterne wenn es ginge. Top !!! The damper clinic helped me with my Fox damper wherever it could. The damper was unfortunately completely on the sack and was made up like new. Including processing with Fox regarding the supply of spare parts (currently anything but easy due to Corona) and even goodwill on the part of Fox (not always that easy). The price / performance ratio is okay for having a professional contact point in the area. I always got all the information and updates on the repair status and the clinic was always available. What more do you want ? Would be more stars if it could. Top !!!
