R	Resolinho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit einem kleinen Mangel rein, mit einem Totalschaden raus. Und dafür habe ich auch noch bezahlt und wurde vom Mechaniker angeschnauzt. Eigentlich wollte ich nur schnell die gerissene Kette meines Gebrauchtrades wieder reparieren (was an sich keine Hexerei ist). Das Rad war nach der „Reparatur“ nicht mehr fahrbar, denn der Mechaniker hat es – wie auch immer – geschafft die Felge dabei zu zerstören. Er hat aber bei Abholung nichts davon gesagt! Ich war schon auf der Straße und wollte wegfahren, da merkte ich, dass nichts mehr ging! Ich bin wieder rein und habe mich anschließend auch noch von ihm anschnauzen lassen müssen, dass es eine Frechheit ist mit so einem Rad überhaupt noch auf der Straße zu fahren und dass er hofft dass bald ein Radpickerl kommt, usw. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Und dann noch der tolle Tip, dass ich mir ja eine Felge beim Velorep holen kann. Er sollte froh sein dass er einen Auftrag bekommen hat, ist ja schließlich sein Job. Fazit: Extrem unfreundlich und inkompetent, da werde ich sicher nicht mehr hinfahren. Eigentlich 0 Sterne. With a small defect in, out with a total loss. And I also paid for it and was yelled at by the mechanic. Actually, I just wanted to quickly fix the broken chain of my used bike again (which is no witchcraft in itself). The bike was not mobile after the "repair" because the mechanic has - whatever - managed to destroy the rim. He did not say anything about it when he picked it up! I was already on the street and wanted to drive away, when I realized that nothing was more! I'm back in and then had to let him yelp me, that it is a joke with such a bike at all on the road to drive and that he hopes that soon a Radpickerl comes, etc. So you do not go with customers around. And then the great tip that I can get a rim at Velorep. He should be glad that he got an order, after all, his job. Conclusion: Extremely unfriendly and incompetent, I will certainly not go there. Actually 0 stars.
G	Gertude Egger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl mein 10 Jahre altes, von mir sehr schlecht gewartetes Fahrrad (Gangschaltung defekt, Bremsen defekt, Licht kaputt ...) nur mehr mühsam zu treten war, hat es der überaus kompetente Fahrradmechaniker Ronny mit viel Arbeitseinsatz fertig gebracht, dass mein Fahrrad - mit einem relativ geringen finanziellen Aufwand - wieder läuft und läuft und läuft......danke dafür! Ist heutzutage eine Seltenheit! Besser geht's nicht! Although my 10 years old, badly maintained bike by me (gear shift defective, broken brakes, broken light ...) was only tedious to kick, it has the extremely competent bicycle mechanic Ronny finished with a lot of work, that my bike - with a relatively small financial effort - again, running and running ...... thanks for that! Is a rarity today! It could not be better!
T	Teresa Ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bin ich etwas erschrocken über die Hilfs-un-bereitschaft des Werkstattmitarbeiters. Mir war die Kette raus gesprungen, die durch das Wetter sehr rostig war. Ich habe sie nicht selber wieder rein legen können, da es draußen -10° hatte und meine Finger schmerzhaft eingefroren waren. Ich schob mein Fahrrad zum Laden und bat um Hilfe - nur einen Tropfen Öl und ein kurzer Griff, um die Kette wieder drauf zu bekommen. "Jo, kannst heut Abend abholen", hat er gesagt. Ich sagte, ich bräuchte bitte jetzt mein Fahrrad und es ging ja lediglich um die raus geflogene Kette. "Vor Mittag geht's nicht", entgegnete er mir. ...Ehm okay, das ist ein Eingriff von 1-2 Minuten?! Ich war so verdutzt über diese Abweisung, dass ich sagte "Okay, dann muss ich wohl nach Hause schieben" und es kam nur ein "Ah, hom's es eh ned weit oder?" und ich so "Naja doch, schon...". Daraufhin folgte ein freundliches "Sie können das Radl dort raus schieben" und somit verließ ich den Laden. Stark. Bei minus 10 Grad... Also Leute, ich hab jetzt Daheim die Kette geölt und mit einem Handgriff wieder aufgelegt - schade, dass ihr mir nicht helfen wolltet und ich durch die Kälte 40 Min. zu Fuß schieben musste. So folks, I have now oiled the chain at home and put it back on with a flick of the wrist - a shame that you didn't want to help me and that I had to walk 40 minutes through the cold.
J	Jas min on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsympathisch und unfreundlich! War dort um rückzufragen, ob sie die abgedrehte schraube zum verstellen des Sitzes tauschen können. Als erste Reaktion schüttelt die Dame den Kopf und fragt warum wir den Schrauben so abgedreht hätten. Woraufhin ich ihr gesagt habe, dass das der Vorgänger war... Aber mam ehrlich, was get sie das an?! Dann brachte sie dad Rad zu ihrem Mitarbeiter rein ins beklagte, wie klein mein Rad doch sei?! Ich mein hallo: Bist du hier um Mir was zu verkaufen oder mich zu nerven? ? Nachdem sie mit ihrem Mitarbeiter geredet hat und dieser meinte er braucht da eine dreiviertel Stunde und einen neuen Bohrer, teilte sie Mir mit, dass sie keine Lust haben das Rad zu reparieren. Ich weiß nicht, ob die korpulente, blonde, kurzhaarige Frau Chefin oder Mitarbeiterin war, aver jedenfalls sehr sehr unsympatische Dame mit schlechten Kundenfertigkeiten! A	Andrea Giglmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vor kurzem eine satteltasche fürs rad gesucht - und beim stadtrad umgehend fündig geworden! total freundliche beratung, die dann in der entscheidung für eine ortlieb-tasche gemündet hat. und der total nette mechaniker hat sie auch gleich noch montiert - sozusagen als extraservice? findet man so nicht oft, und von daher - ihr seht mich sicher wieder, weil ich da mein rad in guten händen weiß ? recently searched for a saddlebag for the bike - and found it immediately at the city bike! totally friendly advice, which resulted in the decision for an ortlieb bag. and the really nice mechanic also installed it - as an extra service, so to speak man you don't find it that often, and therefore - you'll see me again because I know that my bike is in good hands ?

Auch der Fachmann nimmt sich immer Zeit, um kleine Probleme sofort zu beurteilen und evtl. zu richten. Bei größeren Reparaturen würde ich mein Rad sofort dort hinbringen! Really great bike shop !! Every time, the air in my tire is pumped for free. Even the specialist always takes the time to assess small problems immediately and, if necessary, to rectify them. For major repairs, I would take my bike there immediately!
S	Soi Maus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter Service: schnelle Reparatur, sehr aufmerksam und genau, drängen einem nichts unnötiges auf. Habe etwas an den Reifen reparieren lassen, wobei sogar entdeckt wurde, dass an einem Pedal eine Schraubenmutter fehlte, was beim Treten störend war, da das Pedal dadurch etwas locker saß. Ich hatte allerdings vergessen, diesen Mangel bei der Abgabe des Rades zu erwähnen. Die fehlende Schraubenmutter wurde mir dann aber bei der Reparatur der Reifen aufmerksamer Weise gleich mit ersetzt, was mich total gefreut hat. Leider habe ich das erst beim Fahren gemerkt und konnte mich dafür gar nicht bedanken. Very good service: quick repairs, very attentive and precise, nothing unnecessary to impose on you. I had something on the tires repaired, and it was even discovered that a screw nut was missing on a pedal, which was annoying when pedaling because the pedal was a bit loose. However, I forgot to mention this defect when I handed in the bike. The missing screw nut was then carefully replaced when I repaired the tires, which made me very happy. Unfortunately, I only noticed that while driving and couldn't say thank you for it.
