Leider gab's vom Verleiher ein schlecht gewartetes Defektes Bike. Da dieser in Italien sitzt und die Übergabe nur hier macht baten sie mich es bei einer Werkstatt reparieren zu lassen ?. Vorm Laden angekommen entdecke ich das Schild: Aufgrund hoher Auslastung nehmen wir keine Aufträge an. Der Chef stand daneben und hörte mein Anliegen. Er hat mein Rad SOFORT repariert, ohne ein murren. Somit hat er mir meinen Urlaub gerettet. Alle Angestellten super nett, Smalltalk. Ich kann den Laden allen Salzbürgern nur empfehlen ! Super Service. Honest, down to earth, friendly. Tomorrow I wanted to set off for Italy with a rental bike. Unfortunately there was a badly maintained defective bike from the rental company. Since this is based in Italy and only does the handover here, they asked me to have it repaired at a workshop ?. Arriving in front of the shop, I discover the sign: Due to high occupancy, we are not accepting any orders. The boss stood by and heard my request. He fixed my bike IMMEDIATELY without a grumble. So he saved my vacation for me. All employees were super nice, small talk. I can only recommend the shop to all citizens of Salt!

B	Britta Larsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute dortgewesen, weil ich mich für ein Lastenrad interessiert habe. Ich muss zugeben ich hatte wenig bis keine Ahnung. Mir wurden alles genau erklärt, meine Fragen wurden toll und verständlich beantwortet und die Beratung war sehr kompetent hinsichtlich Vergleich der verschiedenen Räder. Dass ich dann bei der Probefahrt (fine toll, dass sowas möglich ist) angestellt hab wie der erste Mensch am Rad.. Naja dafür könnem die Fachkräfte ja nichts. :) Fazit: Verkauf und Beratung top Probefahren: top Meine Fahrkünste: ausbaufähig Went there today because I was interested in a cargo bike. I have to admit I had little to no idea. Everything was explained to me in detail, my questions were answered in a great and understandable way and the advice was very competent with regard to comparing the different bikes. That I then did during the test drive (it's great that something like that is possible) like the first person on the bike.. Well, the specialists can't do anything about that. :) Conclusion: Sales and advice top Test drive: great My driving skills: upgradable

Zu einer Zeit,in der andere Fahrradshops mir nicht helfen konnten bzw. auf März 2022 vertrösteten (Sept.2021) innerhalb von 2 Tagen fertig. Preise sind sehr fair.Absolut begeistert,mal wieder. Bicycle repair: Unreservedly recommended. Competent, super-friendly and incredibly fast. At a time when other bike shops could not help me or put it off until March 2022 (September 2021) ready within 2 days. Prices are very fair. Absolutely thrilled, again.

Ausserdem antworten sie immer sehr schnell auf Instagram DMs, was sehr cool ist. ❤️ Very competent advice, friendly people and good prices for the bikes (new KTM models cheaper than anywhere else). Also, they are always very quick to reply to Instagram DMs, which is very cool. ❤️
