Inzwischen der Stammbikeshop meiner ganzen Familie. No specialty shop in Salzburg has advised me as competently and honestly as the guys from the M&M bike shop! Loyal customer for over 12 years. Now my whole family's favorite bike shop.

My bike had a flat tire, I brought it to the shop in the evening and was able to pick it up again the next day. Great service & very nice, thanks guys!

Super freundlich alle und man merkt das die alle wissen wovon sie reden, wirklich viel know how. Verkaufen auch nur das was sie selber sagen das Sinn macht. Immer wieder gerne Kunde. Top bike shop. Already bought 2 bikes there, always absolutely brilliant service. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell that they all know what they are talking about, a lot of know-how. Only sell what they themselves say makes sense. Always a happy customer.
R	ROMY PINK TRAMP (ROMANA STAUDER) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Sterne weil einer der Brüder nach rufen und an die Auslage klopfen, zur normalen Öffnungszeit, doch noch rausgekommen ist. Für alles danach NULL Sterne. Ich brauchte jetzt wirklich 2 Tage um aus dieser Schockstarre zu erwachen. Seit dem 1. Tag war ich Kunde bei den Beiden. Ja ok nicht FAHRRADKAUFKUNDE aber jedes Jahr Service, jeder Platten, jeder Korb, Licht etc. Freitag sagt mir einer der M s ungeduldig, kürzest angebunden und sehr mit Nachdruck, dass ich FRÜHESTENS in 14 Tagen wieder nachfragen kann ob Service möglich, aber soll mich auf eher nein einstellen. Und das obwohl ich bei dem Mechaniker Stefan schon im September neue Griffe bestellt habe, die auch noch nicht da sind, und ich ihm gesagt habe “ich bring das Rad dann wie immer Anfang März sowieso zu euch. “ Da sind die Griffe auch da meinte er. Der eine der Ms ließ mir nicht mal eine Chance das Rad da zu lassen. Und er sagte jetzt kommt erst mal die Arbeit die WICHTIG wäre wie die bestellten Räder zusammenbauen und Service nur für Räder mit dem FIRMENEIGENEN PICKERL. Das Alles ist viell noch zu verstehen wenn ich NEUKUNDE bin. Aber nach vielen Jahren und persönlichem Kontakt, Gesprächen und sogar Kunden waren sie mal von mir, bin ich nur noch BAFF BAFF BAFF 2 stars because one of the brothers called and knocked on the display, at normal opening hours, but still came out. ZERO stars for everything after that. It really took me 2 days to wake up from this shock. I've been a customer of both of them since day one. Yes ok not a BICYCLE PURCHASE CUSTOMER but service every year, every plate, every basket, light etc. On Friday, one of the Ms tells me impatiently, briefly and very emphatically that I can ask again in 14 days at the earliest whether service is possible, but I should be prepared to say no. And that's despite the fact that I ordered new grips from the mechanic Stefan in September, which aren't there yet either, and I told him "I'll bring the bike to you at the beginning of March anyway, as I always do. "There are the handles there, too," he said. One of the Ms didn't even give me a chance to leave the bike there. And he said now comes the work that would be IMPORTANT, such as assembling the ordered wheels and service only for wheels with the COMPANY TICKERL. All of this can still be understood if I am a NEW CUSTOMER. But after many years and personal contact, conversations and even customers, they were once mine, I'm just BAFF BAFF BAFF
