There was confusion with the booking upon arrival, but staff were extremely helpful and the issue quickly resolved. Service was great and quick to provide friendly advice on cycling in area. Unfortunately, my original bike rental plans through another company fell through the day before. I scrambled to find other rental agencies in this area and, with less than 24 hours notice, Radsport Wagner let me rent a high quality race bike (Specialized Allez Comp) in my size, with the correct clipless pedals. Franz was incredibly helpful, did a quick bike fit, supplied a saddle bag, spare tube/pump, helmet, and helped me attach my cycling computer. The bike was in great condition, shifted perfectly, and was well-maintained. I would definitely rent from Radsport Wagner again. The quality of their bikes and service is impressive.

I’ve been in the UK and Europe this summer, racing and touring, and had a crash on my bike July 8 in Zell am See. We were staying in Salzburg on July 9 so I stopped at the shop to see if I could get the bike inspected and adjusted post crash. Franz paid a great deal of time and attention to the bike and was able to troubleshoot all the issues. Things were fixed and I picked the bike up same day. I highly recommend this shop for cycling retail and service when in Salzburg.

None of the camaraderie or helpfulness you find from most cyclists around the world. We were ignored for 20 minutes without a word or acknowledgement of our presence. We politely waited (shame on us!) for the woman at the counter to finish a transaction. When she was finally free, she was dismissive, uninformative and ultimately rude through the rental process. There are much nicer people down the road or in Salzburg. Don’t be fooled by this slick-looking shop and please don’t give your money to nasty people.

I recently moved from Germany to Austria, and I decided to do the spring checkup and fix some issues I had after I moved. I already had a quote on spares, the status of my bike, etc. I went to this place, since it is near my home. They not only tried to charge me more than 2 times the price for the quote I got from Germany (not including possibly similarly overpriced service fee), but also they tried to sell me spares and maintenance I know I don't need. I will not be visiting this store anytime soon.

The bike arrived extremely well wrapped and I was over the moon with the service I received from the shop. I’m from the UK so was ever so grateful to Florian who helped me through the purchase of this bike and for his excellent communication(in English). I would strongly recommend this shop.
