Sowohl das Personal als auch der Arzt wirklich nie wieder! Ich war heute das erste mal mit meiner kleinen Tochter (Mutterkindpass Untersuchung) sie sollte das erste mal eingetropft werden Ich hätte keine Informationen erhalten hätte ich nicht zwei mal nachgefragt.. Keine Aufklärung über Nebenwirkungen NICHTS! Bitte wählt eure Ärzte genau! Man kann sich nicht irgendwie behandeln lassen ! Very impolite! I cannot recommend this medical practice to anyone! Maybe I'm the only one but I expect you to be treated well .. Both the staff and the doctor really never again! Today I was with my little daughter for the first time (mother child pass examination) she should be instilled for the first time I would not have received any information, I would not have asked twice .. War mit meinem Kind zur MuKi-Passuntersuchung dort. Telefonisch bekamen wir rasch einen Termin. Vor Ort kamen wir ohne Wartezeit sofort dran. Von den zwei verschiedenen Ärzten und zwei Sekretärinnen waren alle durchwegs freundlich und bemüht. Ausreichend Kinderspielzeug (getestet und für gut befunden XD). Large ordination with four treatment rooms, handicapped accessible toilet, spacious waiting room and children's corner. Was there with my child for a MuKi passport examination. We quickly got an appointment by phone. We got there immediately without waiting. All of the two different doctors and two secretaries were friendly and tried hard. Sufficient children's toys (tested and approved XD).

Wenn ich zum Arzt gehe erwarte ich Respekt, glaubt ihr ich bin glücklich dass ich nicht gut sehen kann? Du brauchst nicht wütend zu werden, wenn ich die Buchstaben oder die Zahlen nicht sehen kann. Wenn ich gut sehen könnte, würde ich ja nicht zum Augenarzt gehen. Was ist los mit euch. Einmal und nie wieder. Very naughty. I would advise against anyone going there. They yell at you like you've murdered their whole family. When I go to the doctor I expect respect, do you think I'm happy that I can't see well? Don't get mad if I can't see the letters or numbers. If I could see well, I wouldn't go to the ophthalmologist. What's wrong with you. Once and never again.

Mit 3xTage vorher mein Kind ist gesturzt, sehr wichtige info, und trotzdem er ignoriert einfach mich wie Mutter ,total respektlos 5 min Untersuchung,, brutal untersucht, ohne Behandlung, ohne Ergebnis!Bis jetzt habe sowas nie erlebt Ein mal und nie wieder!!! I was with my little son in an emergency with severe eye pain for the first time at Mr. Dr. At the beginning he was cheeky, unfriendly, impatient, disrespectful and no empathy at all for a little frightened mouse which is in severe pain. 3x days before my child fell, very important info, and yet he just ignores me like mother, totally disrespectful 5 min examination, brutal examination, without treatment, without result! Until now, I've never experienced anything like that once and never again! !
