Während man in Wien eine Woche auf einen Termin warten muss, heißt es hier: "Kommen Sie vorbei, ich bin eh bis 15 Uhr da und wenn sie es nicht rechtzeitig schaffen, bleibe ich halt länger". Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und gehen auf die Wünsche der Kunden wirklich genau ein, so wohl habe ich mich noch nie bei einer Bank gefühlt. In dieser Filiale stimmt der konzerneigene Werbespruch. 1000: 1 to a Viennese branch. While you have to wait a week in Vienna for an appointment, it says here: "Come over, I'm there until 15 clock and if they do not make it on time, I'll just stay longer." The staff are very friendly and really respond to the needs of the customers, so I have never felt at a bank before. In this branch, the company's own slogan is right.
