Immer wird erklärt dass eh alles gut ist, dass es sich wenn um Anwendungsgehler handelt etc. es werden Geschichten erzählt anstatt zuzuhören. Dann wird auf Standpunkten beharrt die objektiv nicht geprüft werden können. Z.B. Akku ust nicht kaputt. Gleichwohl kann ich als Kunde nicht sagen Akku ist kaputt. Zu guter Letzt komme ich meinen e-scooter abholen. Obwohl ein zentrales Thema der Akku war ist er bei Übergabe nur auf 50 %. Sagt der Angestellte: „Aufladen ist nicht Teil des Service“ bei wohlgemerkt 122 Euro. Und der Aufwand ist einen Kabel anstecken? Faulheit, Dummheit oder Arroganz - von was reden wir hier? Ich hoffe mein Kommentar wird von den Verantwortlichen gelesen und bewirkt was. Ich habe derzei 3 Stück diesercGerät und fahre im Jahr 3.000 km circa. Nur danit die Gscheidlinger nicht wieder was zum meckern haben. The e-scooters are great, but the quality of the workshop and the service is poor. It is always explained that everything is fine anyway, that if there are application errors, etc., stories are told instead of listening. Then people insist on positions that cannot be objectively tested. E.g. battery is not broken. Nevertheless, as a customer, I cannot say that the battery is defective. Last but not least, I come to pick up my e-scooter. Although the battery was a central issue, it was only at 50% when handed over. The employee says: "Charging is not part of the service" at no less than 122 euros. And the hassle is plugging in a cable? Laziness, stupidity or arrogance - what are we talking about here? I hope my comment is read by those responsible and has an effect. I currently have 3 of these devices and drive about 3,000 km a year. Just because the people of Gscheidling don't have something to complain about again.

Tolles, modernes Geschäft mit tollen 2 Rädern und Zubehör. Kann es nur empfehlen! Got a great deal really quickly. Had to cancel at short notice due to an injury, it wasn't a problem. Great modern shop with great 2 wheels and accessories. Can only recommend it!

Zum Beispiel beim Kauf eines neuen Sattels, der perfekt zu mir passt. Bin sehr froh, dass es die 2Rad Helden in meiner Nähe gibt. Great service, great advice, great business. The 2Rad heroes have already "saved" my bike at short notice twice and always gave me good advice. For example, when buying a new saddle that fits me perfectly. D	Doni Donny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst after service!! they use all the time that left on my warranty, to fix bearing problem in My ebike motor, told me they replace the engine with the new one, and i can confirme that’s a lie! Because after one month the motor are completely destroy and the part inside are old and same motor number like old one! Never ever get anything from this dealer anymore, and i regret that i have been recommending it to my colleagues.
