Jedesmal in Wörgl Tirol gelandet, dort sitzt anscheinend der einzige Mitarbeiter, der Herr der Situation ist. It is impossible to get information here, trying to arrange a delivery for 2 days without result. Every time I landed in Wörgl Tirol, sits there apparently the only employee in control of the situation.

It works when you send something big, what more could you want from a shipping company. Have already done worse with other transport iris.
g	good girl0310 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte - würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Die ganze Firma, egal welcher Standort, total unfreundlich und inkompetent. Unser 7,5 (!) m Pool wurde im Lager 2 Wochen lang vergessen und auch die Daten dazu nicht eingespielt. Stattdessen nannten sie uns sämtliche Namen samt Adressen von anderen Kunden im selben Wohnbezirk, denen womöglich unser Pool aus Versehen geliefert werden hätte können. Dies ist schon aufgrund der DSGVO eine Frechheit. Weiters suchten Sie die Schuld bei der Firma Hornbach (Verkäufer) sowie bei der Firma Steinbach (Hersteller), über welche ganz wild geschimpft wurde. Auf Rückrufe warteten wir vergebens. Soweit so gut - nach 4 (!) Tagen Herumtelefonieren zwischen Q Logistics, Hornbach und Steinbach ist ein Mitarbeiter des Standortes Enns der Q Logistics darauf gekommen, dass der Pool doch bei dem eigentlich zuständigen Standort Wundschuh im Lager steht - er jedoch vergessen hatte die Warendaten einzuspielen (dies nach nochmaligem Anruf, gemeldet hätte er sich von selbst, trotzt versprochenem Rückruf sicher nicht). Die Warendaten wurden sodann -Gott sei Dank -eingespielt und wurde der Pool dann ehest zugestellt. Doch auch dies funktionierte nicht problemlos. Der Standort Wundschuh versicherte mir, dass sich der Lieferant 1 Stunde vor Anlieferung melden wird, um zu sichern, dass jemand zuhause ist. Nun - der Lieferant rief mit sehr gebrochenem Deutsch an und fragte nach an welche Adresse er liefern soll (sollte er doch eigentlich den Auftragsdaten entnehmen können) - ich nannte ihm diese und erkundigte er sich daraufhin bei mir ganz genau, wo sich die Zustelladresse befindet, er meinte jedoch mehrmals wieder die falsche Adresse (anscheinend kein Navigationsgerät im Transporter vorhanden). Er gab sohin an, in 10 Minuten da zu sein (ist ja auch fast 1 Stunde vor Lieferung). Nach 20 Minuten traf er dann endlich ein. Im Großen und Ganzen von Anfang bis zum Ende eine Riesenkatastrophe. Werde sicher nirgends mehr bestellen, bei dem die Q Logistics Zusteller ist. If I could - I would give 0 stars. The whole company, no matter which location, totally rude and incompetent. Our 7.5 (!) M pool was forgotten in the camp for 2 weeks and the data was not recorded. Instead, they gave us all the names and addresses of other customers in the same residential area, which might have accidentally delivered our pool. This is already a joke because of the DSGVO. Furthermore, you sought the blame at the company Hornbach (seller) and the company Steinbach (manufacturer), about which was scolded wildly. We waited in vain for callbacks. So far so good - after 4 (!) Days phoning around between Q Logistics, Hornbach and Steinbach, an employee of the Enns location of Q Logistics came to the conclusion that the pool was actually in the responsible location Wundschuh in the warehouse - but he had forgotten the goods data to record (after repeated call, he would have reported by itself, defies promised recall certainly not). The goods data were then - thank god - and played the pool was then delivered. But this did not work without problems. The location Wundschuh assured me that the supplier will report 1 hour before delivery to ensure that someone is at home. Well - the supplier called with very broken German and asked to which address he should deliver (should he actually be able to take the order data) - I told him this and then he asked me exactly where the delivery address is, However, he repeatedly said the wrong address (apparently no navigation device in the van available). He said he was there in 10 minutes (that's almost 1 hour before delivery). After 20 minutes he finally arrived. On the whole, from the beginning to the end, a huge catastrophe. Will certainly order anywhere, where the Q Logistics deliverer is.
