★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ludzie pracujący w tej Agencji to troglodyci traktują ludzi jak psy nie spotkałem się jeszcze nigdy z tak bezczelnym zachowaniem. Po oddaniu dokumentów usłyszałem że potrwa to ok 50 min w tym czasie mam iść na parter i tam czekać przy automacie do kawy nie wiedziałem dlaczego poszedłem do lkw stwierdziłem że po upływie tego czasu przyjdę do Agencji zapytać czy już wszystko gotowe ale po upływie 30 min przyszła baba z Ferstl żeby mi powiedzieć że mam czekac przy automacie do kawy a nie w lkw poszedłm na 2 piętro tam są dwa krzesełka usłyszałem że nie wolno na nich siedzieć i że mam czekać na dole poszedłem na dół tam było już dwóch kierowców czuliśmy się jak psy siedzieliśmy na schodach 2 h czekając aż ktoś łaskawie przyjdzie i odda nam papiery wszystkie WC pozamykane co za patologia obym więcej tam nie musiał jechać.
 People working at this agency are troglodytes treat people like dogs I have never encountered such brazen behavior. After handing over the documents, I heard that it would take about 50 minutes, at that time I should go to the ground floor and wait there by the coffee machine. I did not know why I went to the lkw. I stated that after this time I would come to the Agency to ask if everything was ready but after 30 minutes a woman from Ferstl to tell me that I should wait at the coffee machine and not in lkw I went to the 2nd floor there are two chairs I heard that I was not allowed to sit on them and that I should wait downstairs I went downstairs there were already two drivers we felt like dogs we sat on the stairs for 2 hours waiting for someone to kindly come and give us the papers all the toilet closed, what a pathology I would not have to go there anymore.
