R	RL Rallyevideos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtester Lieferdienst in ganz Österreich. Keiner kennt sich dort aus was mit deinem Paket gschieht oder geschehen ist. Man bekommt eine E-Mail das das Paket heute zugestellt wird und man wartet bei schönstem Wetter wo man schon längst was anderes tun könnte als aufs Packet warten und es kommt dann nicht einmal an. Dann bekommt man nicht einmal eine Mail dass das Packet heute doch nicht ankommt und am näschsten tag wird es nicht zugestellt sonder einfach ins Lager gelegt. Einfach nur eine Frechheit was diese Firma da anstellt. Worst delivery service in all of Austria. Nobody there knows what is happening or has happened to your package. You get an e-mail that the package will be delivered today and you wait in the most beautiful weather where you could do something else than wait for the package and it doesn't even arrive. Then you don't even get an email that the package won't arrive today and on the next day it won't be delivered but simply put in the warehouse. Just a cheek what this company is doing.

It's really cheeky. The reminder because of a star I gave with the reminder document to the AK

Das ist die Meldung auf der EBAY-Seite. Eine Nachricht in anderer Form habe ich nicht erhalten. Nach einem Telefonat (mit einer freundlichen Dame von FedEx) habe ich per Email dann die Abstellgenehmigung für mein Paket erteilt und bin jetzt neugierig ob das klappt (weil es bereits im 2ten Zustellversuch unterwegs ist). DAS ERGEBNIS IST POSITIV: schlussendlich hat die Zustellung reibungslos funktioniert! "The item has been shipped. Receiver not home. We've left them a message and we're waiting for them to get in contact with us." This is the message on the EBAY page. I have not received any message in any other form. After a phone call (with a friendly lady from FedEx) I then emailed permission for my parcel to be dropped off and I'm now curious as to whether that would work (because it's already on its way after the 2nd delivery attempt). THE RESULT IS POSITIVE: in the end the delivery worked smoothly!
A	Andreas Hirschmugl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Samsung immer mit TNT liefert und der Fahrer in meiner Gegend immer zwischen 11 und 13 Uhr fährt wartete ich ab 10 Uhr auf das Paket in der Küche, neben der Haustür und Blick auf die Einfahrt. Gegen 12:48 Uhr bekam ich dann in der App die Benachrichtigung "Zustellung gescheitert, Empfänger nicht angetroffen". Ich dachte ich les nicht richtig! Da nimmt man sich extra noch frei und wartet vor Ort und dann sowas!! Es war niemals ein Lieferant hier....

Stehen dann so seltsame Meldungen im System (Kunde hat Urlaub, neuer Termin wurde vereinbart). Aber bis Österreich funktioniert es super Hinweis: Mitarbeiter im Depot Graz sind sehr hilfsbereit - aber das System selbst ist nicht wirklich optimal You have to pick up the goods yourself, otherwise they always come days later. Are there strange messages in the system (customer is on vacation, new appointment has been made). But until Austria it works great Note: Employees at the Graz depot are very helpful - but the system itself is not really optimal
T	Timur Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schicken einfach eine Mahnung ohne Erlagschein! Habe zuvor keine Rechnung und kein Paket erhalten! Um das Missverständnis zu klären habe ich versucht die Firma zu erreichen. Bei der Angegebene Nummer im Brief hängt man in der Warteschleife und kurze Zeit später wird der Anruf automatisch beendet. Danach habe ich eine andere Nummer Kundenhotline angerufen. Die Dame dort erklärte mir, dass nur die Buchhaltung die Rechnungen einesehen kann. Auf die Bitte mich telefonisch mit der Buchhaltung zu verbinden, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese nur per Mail zu erreichen ist. Eine ABSOLUTE FRECHHEIT! Diese Firma bekommt von mir keinen Cent und ich rate allen Leuten, die solch dubiose Mahnungsbriefe erhalten sollten NICHT ZU BEZAHLEN! Sollten mich oder meine Bekannten weiterhin solche Briefe erreichen, wird die Firma in kürze Briefe von der Arbeiterkammer, einer Sammelklage oder einem Rechtsanwalt bekommen! Es kann nicht sein das Unternehmen mit solchen betrügerischen Methoden den Leuten versuchen das Geld aus der Tasche zu locken! Simply send a reminder without a payment slip! The lady there explained to me that only the accounting department can see the invoices. When I was asked to contact the accounting department by phone, I was told that they could only be reached by email. An ABSOLUTE JACK! This company does not get a penny from me and I advise anyone who should receive such dubious reminder letters NOT TO PAY! If I or my acquaintances continue to receive such letters, the company will shortly receive letters from the Chamber of Labour, a class action lawsuit or a lawyer! It can't be the company with such fraudulent methods trying to lure money out of people's pockets!
