★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpünktlich und inkompetent. Schaffen es nicht Pakete innerhalb von normalen Zeitabläufen zu liefern und rufen ständig an, nur kommt dann niemand. Alles ausser Dachser in Graz!!! Die letzte Spedition in Graz.
 Unpunctual and incompetent. Unable to deliver packages within normal timeframes and keeps calling, only then no one comes. Everything except Dachser in Graz!!! The last forwarding agency in Graz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Фірма розташована на території логістичного парку. Вказівники доїзду детальні. Їхати по gmapps, навігатор вів неточно... Раніше 02:00 не варто приїздити, працівники приходять згідно графіку роботи. Є паркінг на кілька машин, для подачі документів до офісу. Люди привітні. Вивантаження швидке.
The company is located in the logistics park. Directions are detailed. To go on gmapps, the navigator drove inaccurately ... Before 02:00 it is not necessary to arrive, workers come according to the work schedule. There is parking for several cars to submit documents to the office. People are friendly. Unloading is fast.

Lieferung an den falschen Zustellort, Anruf zuerst bei der falschen Kontaktperson und nun erdreistet sich die Firma, noch zu behaupten, dass wir nicht dagesessen wären und die Lieferung nicht entgegengenommen hätten und will für einen 2. Zustellversuch Geld (obwohl die Lieferung schon längst erfolgt ist!)
Unfortunately bad experiences! Delivery to the wrong place of delivery, first call to the wrong contact person and now the company dares to claim that we weren't there and didn't accept the delivery and wants money for a 2nd delivery attempt (although the delivery has already taken place long ago !)
