..deutschland ist sowiso unereichbar und die österreich können leider absolut nichts !! Nachdem mir gesagt wurde das sie leider nicht helfen können wenn das paket noch in deutschland ist wünschte mir die servismitarbeiterin (kalsdorf) nett ein schönes wochenende und legte auf !!!

..de Germany is so inaccessible and the Austrians can unfortunately absolutely nothing! After I was told that you can't help if the package is still in Germany, the service employee (Kalsdorf) wished me a nice weekend and hung up!

The worst company in the world, there is a long wait for unloading and loading, and people who work on forklifts are the most rude and will not work, and whatever you ask them, they shout something ... THE BIGGEST DISASTER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfassbare Verhältnisse... Kundenservice wie in einem Comedysketch - "Hallo, Hallo, ich verstehe Sie nicht..." schreien und auflegen bevor man etwas gesagt hat, einfach so auflegen,... Zu angekündigten Liefertermine (bin in 30 min da) einfach selbstständig stornieren ohne Rückmeldung und die Lieferung an den Absender zurückschicken!?... Frechheit.
Unbelievable conditions... Customer service like in a comedy sketch - "Hello, Hello, I don't understand you..." scream and hang up before you have said anything, just hang up... On the announced delivery dates (I'll be there in 30 minutes) simply cancel independently without feedback and send the delivery back to the sender!?... cheek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Zustellung" in Graz Geidorf immer wieder eine Frechheit. Es wird nicht geklingelt. Dann gibt es mit Glück ein "Wir haben uns heute verpasst- Zetterl", obwohl man nachweislich den ganzen Tag im Haus war.
Besonderer Klassiker am Zettel: "Sendung ist beim nächsten Service Point hinterlegt" - wo dieser ist wird vom Boten allerdings nicht ausgefüllt.
Leider wird hier in einer Regelmäßigkeit nicht geklingelt, dass man sich fragt wofür man eigentlich bezahlt.
Wenn möglich würde es für die Zusteller in diesem Kreis 0 Sterne geben.
"Delivery" in Graz Geidorf is always a cheek. There is no ringing. If you're lucky, you'll get a "We missed each other today" note, even though you've been in the house the whole day.
A special classic on the note: "The shipment has been deposited at the nearest service point" - but the courier does not fill in where this is.
Unfortunately, the doorbell is not rung here with such a regularity that one wonders what one is actually paying for.
If possible, there would be 0 stars for the deliverers in this district.
