WARNING: This aparthotel falsely accused me of smoking in the apartment and automatically charged me 150 euro. But I, as a non-smoker, couldn't haved smoked in that room. So please keep in mind, that you can lose your money if you take this hotel.

We''ve been living a nightmare here. We couldn't sleep at all during the night. Every night it was an infernal sound that cames from the heating source. We tried to call the property, but no one answered. We posted this problem on the review on the platform we reserved, and the answer of the property was pathetic : "You needed to turn of the heating system from the controller". OF COURSE WE DID THIS many times, but nothing happened. The problem was in the entire building, not only in our apartment. All the people went on the lobby and asked what is happening. And the property knew this, that's why no one answered on the phone! We needed to get a partial refund. We almost didn't used the appartment at all. We were gone during the day, and when we came to sleep, we couldn't do this at all.

After calling many times and sending mails..finally after calling again and again, got to speak to this rude woman at this hotell, who told us to send a mail..we have sendt a few already! We are not even trying to get our money back from the hotell, but need a confirmaition for the booking for our travel insurance..

Nice place to stay in Vienna . Self check-in and you must to check in by credit card with pin code. Big room with bathroom and living room plus small kitchen . Value for money and not far from public transport.

Due the corona virus problem, I couldn't travel as the borders were closed. Even with this chaotic situation, the hotel denied to cancel my reservation with a refund, and even to reschedule the dates was impossible. I don't know how they expected me to travel from Brazil to Austria in safety just to use this reservation, but they had insisted it anyway.

Absolutely terrible !!! Stay away !!! Booked a short 3 night stay with my mother and older grandmother. We arrived at night and were given apartment number 2 on the first floor of the building. As we got in we noticed it was extremely hot, switched on the AC but noticed no difference and realized it wasn’t working at all, on top of that a hinge on the sofa bed was broken and we could not extend it fully. We slept with the windows open but on such a hot summer night it was of no help and we were sleepless from the noise of cars and conversation outside. In the morning i found an emergency contact email account to write to, as there is no staff in the hotel, to let them know about the AC issue. Got a reply saying it would be checked during the day. Came back in the evening to find it hadn’t been fixed and the temperature was, once again, unbearable. Did not want to put my grandmother through another sleepless night so I booked us into another hotel close by, spending double my budget and emailed them, once again, saying nothing had been fixed. Got a cheeky reply the next morning saying ‘it should be cooler by now’. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful customer service. Many better options for that price or go for an AirBNB if you are looking for an apartment. Complete waste of money.

We stayed in the place during winter and we were lucky to get the top floor room that comes with a balcony, kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms. If you're just looking for an affordable place to sleep for the night, the place meets all the basic requirements. The shower is working with hot water and the heater worked too. The apartment has no front counter and you have to do the whole check in process yourself. The process is quite simple though you'll need to have a credit card to pay the tax and entrance. Location wise the place is not bad, just a short 10 minutes walk from a U1 metro station and just nearby a tram stop, though the streets are a little dark and quiet at night. The cleanliness of the place can be definitely improved, we found stains on the bed sheets but it was nothing too major. Liked that there was a fridge in the place with cutlery, and a TV with couch in a separate room. Towels and bath soap are also provided. There is also a lounge down stairs with a drinks vending machine, if you need drinks at night. Food wise there is a McDonald's and Burger King near the metro station. Overall won't say that the place is bad, just average, but you get your money's worth.

Okay so 1. Just wow, me and my friend checked into that place on Saturday, we stayed for one night. We wanted to watch some Netflix but the wifi couldn’t connect to the tv and when we called the woman at the service center, she was just lost and didn’t understand our problem even after explaining it for the 5th time. 2. The cleaning staff entered our room at 10:50 and told us to leave even tho we still had 10 minutes and just wanted to smoke on THE BALCONY. She told us that that wasn’t allowed, which we apologized for but I mean that’s hella confusing. There was no sight that said we weren’t allowed to smoke on the BALCONY. We knew that we couldn’t smoke in the room and respected that but the balcony is in the open. When we wanted to go in again, we noticed that the woman had locked us out before leaving the room, so we waited 30 minutes In the cold. 3. While calling for help we saw some other guest that was ALSO smoking on the balcony and they wanted to help us but then the same woman looked outside of one of the windows and yelled at us why we were still in the room. We told her that she had locked us out and she kept yelling at us and even had the audacity to say “well if you don’t check out in time you shall stay there” which, I’m sorry but what? So we kept yelling at each other for good 5 Minutes over the balconies. When she finally came, she kept yelling at us and kept denying that she didn’t lock us out but like who else would it have been ??? A ghost? And is apologizing really that hard like wow, this review would not exist right now or would’ve been at least 4 stars if she would’ve apologized. So we told her that this would’ve consequences and it will. I can’t believe that the staff is this rude and incompetent. I work in a hotel too and I know for a fact that people can 1. smoke on the balconies if there is no sticker. 2. That the cleaning ladies do not have any rights to enter the rooms before check out time and 3. To be always available for your guests in emergency situations. I mean we spam called and no one picked up. I’m very disappointed and will make sure to report that. And if you guys don’t wanna believe me when it comes to the check out time, please read the lock, yes I know that’s a thing. :)
