★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Tabletten gehen aus & anstatt ein neues Rezept auf die e-Card zu schreiben was vielleicht 10 Sekunden dauert, wird einem gesagt dass sich der Arzt zurückmeldet. Seit 2 Wochen warte ich, und wenn ich anrufe, hat er entweder geschlossen (keine Ahnung warum, obwohl auf der Website geöffnet steht) oder es wird gesagt er meldet sich.
Unzuverlässig und nicht Patientenorientiert. Absolute Zumutung. Sehr Schade.
Unfortunately not to be recommended. Tablets run out & instead of writing a new prescription on the e-card, which may take 10 seconds, you are told that the doctor will be back. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and when I call it is either closed (I don't know why, although the website says it is open) or someone says it answers.
Unreliable and not patient oriented. Absolute impertinence. It's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit Herbst letzten Jahres bei Herrn Dr. Prause und bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Ich finde ihn sehr nett und empathisch. Auch wenn es mal Probleme mit einem Rezept gibt, wird sofort reagiert.
Since autumn of last year I have been with Dr. Prause and so far very satisfied. I find him very nice and empathetic. Even if there are problems with a recipe, they react immediately.
