Besonders im Vergleich zu den anderen Banken ist hier die Beratungsqualität von Herrn Mayer M. bzgl Finanzierung Hervorzuheben. Problem wurde weder richtig erkannt, noch konnte (auch mehr als eine Woche später) keine auch nur annähernd zufriedenstellende Lösung gefunden werden. Ich werde die Bank, nach Ablauf des kostenlosen Jahres, leider wieder schnell verlassen müssen.. Wer einen Service und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter sucht sollte ein anderes Geldinstitut wählen. Er war ausgesprochen nett, höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ein sehr sehr großes Lob, ich hoffe, er bleibt euch. I was just there with my father. G	Game Channel Georgiie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war damals Bank Austria Kunde und wurde leider auf Eigenverschuldung auf die Warteliste gesetzt. Ich habe brav meine 3 Jahre gewartet. Leider wurde ich noch nicht aus der Liste gelöscht. Aber eine nette Dame hat mich sehr gut beraten und sich der Sache angenommen. Keine paar Minuten später hat sie mich schon angerufen wie versprochen und teilte mir das ich von der Liste genommen werde. Ich möchte ein großes Dankeschön aussprechen. I was a Bank Austria customer at the time and unfortunately I was put on the waiting list because of my own fault. I waited my 3 years well. Unfortunately I haven't been deleted from the list yet. But a nice lady advised me very well and took care of the matter. Less than a few minutes later she called me as promised and told me that I would be removed from the list. I want to say a big thank you.

Wurde raus geschmissen weil ich meinen kleinen Malteser auf dem Arm hatte. Service was so-so. What is really bad is that this is apparently the first bank where I am not allowed to take my dog. Why? Was thrown out because I had my little Maltese in my arms.
A	Alexandre Piel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to get information from them. I have been in 2 other banks in the same street to get an offer for a loan, they gave it within a day. In bank Austria, I still didn't got any offer after 1 month, even if they claim that my salary was satisfying. I have been sending them many documents... It's not the first time I have such experience with Bank Austria! Also entering inside this bank, feel like entering into a jail with the 2 guards in the entrance, kind of over-exaggerated.
