S	Simone Ofcourse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Iban-Wechsel, weil das Konto gehackt wurde war es nicht möglich das Konto 100%ig wieder her zu stellen. Klar. Ich musste aber für einen Kredit den ich schon hatte WIEDER alle Daten mitnehmen. Meldezettel, Kontoauszüge vom "alten" Konto und meine Lohnzettel von den letzten 3 Monaten... After changing Iban because the account was hacked, it was not possible to restore the account 100%. Clear. But I had to take all the data with me AGAIN for a loan that I already had. Registration slip, account statements from the "old" account and my pay slips from the last 3 months ...

Heißt konkret: Wer nicht Kunde ist, dem wechselt man nicht in Kleineres. Denn:Wer kein Kunde ist, dem wird Gefälligkeitsanspruch abgesprochen The worst attempts to win new customers are not a taboo here! Instead of friendliness, they rely on the conceit of exclusivity. In concrete terms: if you are not a customer, you do not switch to smaller things. Because: Anyone who is not a customer is denied the right to favors
L	Lizzy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beim Kundenschalter, also nicht Kassa, sehr unfreundlich, fast schon frech kann man sagen, nicht kooperativ. Zum Glück gibt es noch andere Banken, außer der Bawag, die kundenfreundlich und nett sind. At the customer counter, so not the cash desk, very unfriendly, almost cheeky you could say, not cooperative. Fortunately, there are other banks besides Bawag that are customer-friendly and nice.

Wenn sie kein Kunde der BAWAG sind, Hände weg! PS: Der prognostiziere Jahresgewinn der BAWAG ist für 2021 ½ Milliarde. Auf unsere Kosten, weil wir seit Jahren für immer weniger Service gleich viel oder mehr zahlen. Die Bank sorgt sich seit ihrem IPO um eines, nämlich ihre Aktionäre, ihre Kunden, nun ja, jeden den ich kenne hat die BAWAG verlassen oder plant es zu tun. Also typische Quartal zu Quartal Optimierung, die langfristige Entwicklung (und damit der Kundenstamm) scheinen in solchen Szenarien herzlich egal. In ein paar Jahren wird dann die ausgelaugte Bank von einer anderen übernommenen, die destruktiven Manager sind dann schon längst weitergezogen. Account management fees: Super expensive Service: 0, in words: zero Recommendation: If you (like me) are with BAWAG, leave the sinking ship! If you are not a BAWAG customer, hands off! PS: BAWAG's forecast annual profit for 2021 is ½ billion. At our expense, because for years we have been paying the same or more for less and less service. The bank has been worried about one thing since its IPO, namely its shareholders, its customers, well, everyone I know has left BAWAG or is planning to do so. So typical quarter to quarter optimization, the long-term development (and thus the customer base) do not seem to matter in such scenarios. In a few years, the worn out bank will be taken over by another, and the destructive managers will have long since moved on.

Das kann es doch nicht sein, ich möchte persönlich mit jemanden sprechen und nicht lauter eingaben tätigen. Rückruf erhält man auch nicht . Diese Bank wird immer schlechter schade. Ziehe in Erwägung die Bank zu wechseln, wo man wenigsten zurückgerufen wird. Have been trying to reach someone from the bank for 3 days, they say always one should enter this and that. It can't be that, I want to speak to someone personally and not type louder make. You don't get a call back either. This bank is getting worse and worse a pity. Consider changing banks where you will at least get a call back.
