★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz telefonischem Reminder auch nach 3 Wochen kein Schreiben mit den gewünschten Daten. Langsam, Stillstand, VPV... Wenn dich sogar die Raika Kassa überholt....... nuff said.....

15 years of 'customer' (involuntarily, yes the company chooses), a lot of marketing talk about service, blah-blah ..... As soon as there is a claim to payment, you turn in a circle, get no information, unfriendly handling. I take my money and off ....
