B	Beauty Dogtor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benutze diese Bank als Ausweichmöglichkeit zur Einzahlung, weil der Automat in der Porzellangasse nicht funktioniert. Aber leider auch hier - trotz 2 Automaten konnte ich nicht einzahlen. Bei ca. 30% meiner Besuche ist die Einzahlung nicht möglich. Use this bank as an alternative to deposit because the machine in the porcelain alley does not work. But unfortunately also here - despite 2 machines I could not deposit. With about 30% of my visits the deposit is not possible.
M	Max Mustermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da heißt es von der Ersten Bank, dass sie eine Premium Bank wären und für Qualität stehen, wenn sie ihre hohen Preise erklären. In der Filiale in der Wallensteinstraße ist immer zumindest die Hälfte aller Maschinen defekt (Heute funktionierte wieder nur einer von beiden Einzahlungsautomaten & keine der beiden Münz-zählmaschinen. Sowas führt besonders in der Weihnachtszeit zu Wartezeiten von 15 Minuten um Geld einzuzahlen! Zusätzlich kostet dies bei euch mehr als bei allen anderen Banken, wo im Gegensatz die Bankomaten funktionieren. Erste Bank says that they are a premium bank and stand for quality if they explain their high prices. At least half of all machines in the branch in Wallensteinstrasse are always defective (today only one of the two deposit machines & none of the two coin counting machines worked again. This leads to waiting times of 15 minutes to deposit money, especially at Christmas time! you more than at all other banks, where the ATMs work in contrast.

Normal berufstätige Personen die es nicht schaffen in den lächerlichen Öffnungszeiten (9:00-16:00) diese Filiale zu besuchen, sind hier scheinbar nicht erwünscht. Bei mehrfachen Besuchen am Wochenende und unter der Woche sind jedes Mal alle wichtigen Geräte defekt! Für welchen Service zahlt man bei euch eigentlich? Aber da es schon mehrfach negative Bewertungen dahingehend gegeben hat und es wirklich keinen zu interessieren scheint, wird die einzige Lösung sein, die Bank zu wechseln, zu einer die wirkliches Interesse am Kunden hat und dieses nicht nur vorgaukelt! Über die MA kann ich wenig sagen da ich keine Möglichkeit habe, bei den jetzigen Öffnungszeiten jemals einen davon zu Gesicht zu bekommen! A bad joke for an ERSTE BANK! Normally working people who can't manage to visit this branch during the ridiculous opening hours (9:00-16:00) are apparently not wanted here. With multiple visits at weekends and during the week, all important devices are defective every time! What service do you actually pay for? But since there have been negative reviews on several occasions and no one really seems to care, the only solution will be to change the bank to one that is really interested in the customer and not just pretends to be! I can't say much about the MA because I have no way of ever seeing one of them with the current opening hours!
