Ohne meiner Einverständnis die Nummer gewechselt und somit auch meine Nummer gelöscht, unfähigen Personal ich würde es niemandem empfehlen!
 Absolutely bad advice, even with Magenta, I've been better off!
Changed the number without my consent and thus also deleted my number, incompetent staff I would not recommend it to anyone!

Für überspielen der Daten auf ein neues Handy 20 € verrechnen als seit 20 Jahren Stammkundin finde ich unverschämt. Diese Konzerne kriegen den Hals nicht voll ?
