Prompt erhielt ich eine Antwort. Meine Fragen und Bedenken wurden sehr ernst genommen und beantwortet. Die Ware am Sonntag auf der Homepage bestellt, Montag Betrag überwiesen, Gerät wurde Montag um 15:20 der Post übergeben, und am Dienstag um 8:59 bei mir in Tirol geliefert. Bernhard das ist einmalig nur weiter so !! Klare Empfehlung von mir. Ich wohne seit drei Jahren auf der Wallensteinstrasse -mir ist der Shop bis heute aber nie aufgefallen. Ich war mit dem Auto auf dem Weg zu Magenta in der Millenium City, da hab ich ihn zufällig entdeckt. Und wie froh ich darüber bin. Top Beratung, super nette Leute (und zwar wirklich nett, nicht gespielt wie man es auch oft erlebt). Kundenorientierung wie man sie heute nur noch selten erlebt . Man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an wertgeschätzt. Keiner Versucht dir irgendwas anzudrehen was du nicht willst oder brauchst. (Zitat: Versicherung brauchst eh nicht, oder?) Leider weiß ich den Namen von dem Typen nicht der mich beraten hat. Aber ohne Spaß-so geht das, und nicht anders . Wenn du das liest: DANKE. Einfach mal das beste vom besten rausgeholt vom kombinierten Handy und Internet Vertrag. Schnell, gut und sowas von unkompliziert . Einige Mitarbeiter der "originalen" Magenta Shops sollten sich dort mal einer Schulung unterziehen um zu sehen wie es richtig gemacht wird. Ganz großes Kino! Anschließend kann ich nur sagen: so gewinnt man Stammkundschaft, ich geh sicher nirgendwo anders mehr hin! Bravo! You can actually summarize this shop with one word: WORLD CLASS! Simply the best of the best from a combined mobile phone and internet contract. Fast, good and so uncomplicated. Some employees of the "original" Magenta Shops should undergo training there to see how it is done correctly. A big movie theater!
