 This bank is not interested in keeping your long-term customers. I am very disappointed with this bank. Customer orientation has decreased over the years. Unwanted customers are bullied out. I do not make a recommendation for this bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ganz schlechtes service. habe ewig keine antworten bekommen, wurde ständig vertröstet. nach mehreren monaten hab ich dann aufgegeben. auf meine beschwerde email habe ich nach fast 3 wochen noch immer keine antwort vom zuständigen bearbeiter erhalten. würde jedem von dieser bank abraten!
very bad service. never got any answers, was constantly put off. after several months i gave up. After almost 3 weeks, I still have not received a response from the person responsible for my complaint email. would advise against anyone from this bank!
