Mühsamer Kontakt mit allen beteiligten. Hatten selbst die Initiative bei der Informationsbeschaffung und Terminvereinbarung bei diversen Sub-Firmen übernommen um die Weihnachtszeit nicht im Baustellenzustand verbringen zu müssen. Inhaber wirkt sehr nett und hoch professionell, allerdings fühlten wir uns in diesem Schadensfall im Stich gelassen da sich keiner in der Verantwortung sah die Reparaturen zu Organisieren. A water damage caused by the "water fox" was only substituted after a good 8 weeks due to the lack of organization of all sub-companies involved. Difficult contact with everyone involved. Mit einem Saug.- Spülwagen haben die Burschen die Verstopfung rasch beseitigt und den Keller abgesaugt. Tolles Auftreten, sehr erfahrenes Personal..!!! Weiter so...!!! Damn good guys ... !!! Der Chef hat sich die Problematik im Vorhinein angeschaut und sein KANAL- TV Team im Anschluss vorbei geschickt, dieses konnte mit einer Kamera den Rohrbruch finden und mit einem „Inliner“ sanieren. Die Rechnung konnten wir aufgrund der sauberen Dokumentation bei der Versicherung einreichen und diese wurde auch zu 100% beglichen... SEHR GERNE WEITERZUEMPFEHLEN!!!
