Die Fachleute haben schnell gearbeitet waren freundlich und haben brav aufgeräumt und unser Büro sauber verlassen. Die Geräte sind optisch sehr schön und die Funktion ist ein Traum. Die nach Bedarf genutzte Kühl- oder wahlweise Heizfunktion begeistet uns täglich. We have had air conditioning from Herzog in the private sector for 2 years and now we have the 2nd KA in the offices. The specialists worked quickly, were friendly, tidied up and left our office clean. The devices are optically very nice and the function is a dream. The cooling or heating function used as required inspires us every day.

Aber nach dieser Besichtigungs- und Beratungszeit gingen sie sehr professionell an die Arbeit. Die Demontage der vorhandenen Klimaanlage und die Montage der neuen erfolgte sehr zügig und fachkundig. Es wurden auch alle bei der Vorbesprechung mit Hrn. Hochrinner besprochenen Vorgaben vorbildlich ausgeführt. Die Anlage wurde auch oberflächlich komplett gereinigt und der Boden besenrein hinterlassen. At first I was very surprised. It took some time for the two fitters to get an overview of the planned activities. But after this viewing and consultation time, they went to work very professionally. The dismantling of the existing air conditioning system and the installation of the new one took place very quickly and professionally. All the requirements discussed with Mr. Hochrinner at the preliminary meeting were also carried out in an exemplary manner. The surface of the facility was completely cleaned and the floor was left swept clean.

Obwohl bauliche Schwierigkeiten auftauchten und dadurch Mehrarbeit entstand, wurden keine Mehrkosten sondern nur der Angebotspreis verrechnet. Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!!! Very quick and competent execution. Best supplier for air conditioning purchase and installation. Although structural difficulties arose and this resulted in additional work, no additional costs were charged, only the offer price. Very nice and friendly staff. Absolutely recommended !!!!!

Auch der gröbere Schmutz, welcher durch die Bohrung entstanden ist, wurde beseitigt.Weiters wurde mir alles genau erklärt und die Anlage wurde getestet. Alles super, der nächste heiße Sommer kann kommen! Very competent fitters, very friendly and nice. The work was done quickly and properly. The coarser dirt that was created by the drilling was also removed, everything was explained to me in detail and the system was tested. Everything is great, the next hot summer can come!

Die Monteure waren fleißig, haben sehr sauber gearbeitet und waren höflich und nett. Die jährliche Wartung wurde schon 2 mal mit größter Genauigkeit durchgeführt. Die Techniker waren auch immer sehr angenehme Menschen!!!! From the consultation to the assembly, everything went perfectly! We got our air conditioning in August 2019 and are very satisfied with it! The fitters were hardworking and very clean worked and were polite and nice. Annual maintenance has been already carried out 2 times with the greatest accuracy. The technicians were always very pleasant people !!
G	Georg Lichtenegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem der erste Anbieter zwar bei uns in der Wohnung war, und die Machbarkeit einer Klimaanlage zugesichert hatte, und auch einen Schätzpreis abgegeben hat, ist es dann am Angebot gescheitert. Der Anbieter hat sich einfach gar nicht mehr gemeldet. (!). Ein Glück, denn so bin ich übers Internet auf die Firma Herzog gekommen, und da lief alles von Anfang an um Welten besser. Angefangen von der Erstbesichtigung und kompetenten Beratung durch Herrn Alexander P., über zum Fixpreisangebot (mir wichtig war ein Rundum Sorglospaket), der Auswahl an Geräten (Stylish mussten sie sein :-)), über die Besichtigungsmöglichkeit bis hin zur Abwicklung war hier wirklich alles in Ordnung. Und der Preis lag dabei einiges unter dem Schätzpreis der Konkurrenzfirma! Auch dem Montageteam gebührt ein Lob, die beiden haben alles besensauber gemacht und keinerlei Material hinterlassen. Natürlich muss man dann noch selbst fein putzen aber der Aufwand hat sich gelohnt. Herr P hat uns dann nach einer kurzen Einschulung noch die App eingerichtet, die ich nicht missen möchte, an heißen Sommertagen ist die Fernbedienbarkeit aus dem Büro einfach Spitze! Alles in allem klare Empfehlung von mir / uns! The provider just didn't get in touch. (!). Fortunately, because that's how I came across the Herzog company via the Internet, and everything went far better from the start. Starting with the first inspection and competent advice from Mr. Alexander P., through to the fixed price offer (an all-round carefree package was important to me), the selection of devices (they had to be stylish :-)), through the viewing options to the processing, everything was really everything here in order. And the price was quite a bit below the estimate of the competing company! The assembly team also deserves praise, they both cleaned everything and left no material behind. Of course you have to do some fine cleaning yourself, but the effort was worth it. After a short training session, Mr P set up the app for us, which I wouldn't want to miss, on hot summer days the remote control from the office is simply great! All in all, a clear recommendation from me / us!
