F	Florian F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meiner neuen Wohnung wurden diverse Arbeiten von Höpo Haustechnik durchgeführt. Leider aber nicht zufriedenstellend. Bei der Übergabe der Wohnung wurde die Klospülung so eingestellt das nur eine Taste funktionierte und der Abflussstopfen in der Badewanne hat gefehlt. Diese Reklamation wurde von Höpo vergessen. Erst als ich nach drei Wochen nachgefragt habe, kam eine Woche später ein Techniker vorbei. Der Techniker erschien ohne die fehlenden Teile für die Badewanne und musste gleich wieder los die Teile holen... Die Bestellung meiner Duschverglasung lag auch zwei Monate ab. Kurz vor Lieferung habe ich mich nochmals über den Lieferstatus erkundig. Bis dahin wurde immer beteuert, dass alles in Laufen wäre, aber plötzlich hieß es man könne den Glaser nicht erreichen. Habe dort selbst angerufen und erfahren, das Höpo gar keine Bestellung platziert hätte. Deren E-Mail ging anscheinend verloren und eine Auftragsbestätigung war wohl zu viel verlangt... Habe mir ein Angebot für einen Waschtischunterschrank samt Montage legen lassen. Mal abgesehen davon, dass ich den Unterschrank deutlich billiger besorgen konnte, fand ich €340 für die Montage zuviel. (Vier Löcher bohren und den vormontierten Unterschrank auf zwei kleine Schienen aufhängen) Various works were carried out by Höpo Haustechnik on my new apartment. Unfortunately not satisfactory. When the apartment was handed over, the toilet flush was set so that only one button worked and the drain plug in the bathtub was missing. This complaint was forgotten by Höpo. Only when I asked after three weeks did a technician come by a week later. The technician appeared without the missing parts for the bathtub and had to go straight away to get the parts ... The order for my shower glazing was also two months old. Shortly before delivery, I checked the delivery status again. Until then it was always asserted that everything was going well, but suddenly it was said that the glazier could not be reached. I called there myself and found out that Höpo had not placed an order at all. Their email was apparently lost and an order confirmation was probably too much to ask ... I had an offer for a vanity unit including assembly. Apart from the fact that I could get the base cabinet much cheaper, I found € 340 too much for assembly. (Drill four holes and hang the pre-assembled base cabinet on two small rails)
