Nachtrag:
Nach der Wohnungsübergabe eine Katastrophe. Warmwasserleitung im WC vergessen, falsche Leitungen für das Pissoir eingebaut, Klimaanlage falsch platziert (nicht mittig sondern im Eck) und falsch verrohrt, Verteiler für die Fussbodenheizung nicht beschriftet.... Auch in den anderen Wohnungen wurde gepfuscht. Ich kann nur jedem raten sich von dieser Firma fernzuhalten

After handing over the apartment a disaster. The hot water pipe in the toilet was forgotten, the wrong pipes installed for the urinal, the air conditioning system was placed incorrectly (not in the middle but in the corner) and incorrectly piped, the distributor for the underfloor heating was not labeled.... In the other apartments, too, botched up. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von dieser Firma!!! Die Arbeiten wurden entweder schlampig oder gar nicht erledigt. Vor allem bei Installationsarbeiten im Neubau sollte man auf höchste Qualität achten.
Schon traurig, dass man weitere Installateure beauftragen muss, damit zB wie bei uns die Raumthermostate funktionieren, Lüftungsgeräte ordentlich eingebaut sind... Monatlich werden neue Mängel festgestellt, die auf die Firma KAP zurückzuführen sind.
Da diese Firma scheinbar bei mehreren Neubauten so gearbeitet hat und nun ein anderes Unternehmen die Arbeiten ausbessern muss, bekommt sie scheinbar auch kein Geld von Bauträgern dafür.
Nun versucht die Firma KAP Rechnungen bei Bewohnern einzuklagen.
Stay away from this company! The work was either sloppily done or not done at all. Especially when it comes to installation work in new buildings, you should pay attention to the highest quality.
It's sad that you have to hire more plumbers so that, for example, the room thermostats work like we do, ventilation devices are properly installed ... Every month, new defects are found that can be traced back to the KAP company.
Since this company has apparently worked in this way on several new buildings and now another company has to repair the work, it does not seem to get any money from property developers for it.
Now the company KAP is trying to sue residents for bills.
