★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider konnte ich das Service nicht nutzen, da nach dem ersten sehr freundlichen Kontakt - kein weiterer Zustande gekommen ist - nach 3 maliger Bitte um Kontaktaufnahme keine Antwort/Reaktion - Schade das man es nicht für nötig erachtet, zumindest zu sagen, das man keine Zeit oder Interesse hat.
Unfortunately, I could not use the service, because after the first very friendly contact - no further situation came about - after 3 requests to contact me, no answer / reaction - it's a shame that you don't consider it necessary to at least say that you don't have time or is interested.

Had 3 minor repair jobs to do in the past two years. No comparison to other plumbers I have dealt with before. Always friendly, always on time and also difficult to price OK - I can only recommend it!
