★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sauberes Haus. Grosszügige Zimmer mit viel Licht und altem Charme. Obwohl Wohnung z.T. mit alten Sachen ausgestattet ist, ist alles in bester Ordnung. Wird nächster Winter wieder gebucht.
Clean house. Spacious rooms with lots of light and old charm. Although apartment z.T. is equipped with old things, everything is in perfect order. Will be booked again next winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruhige Lage, etwas abseits gelegen, mit gediegen ausgestatteten, sauberen Ferienwohnungen, zu bezahlbarer Miete in der Hauptsaison. Direkter Einstieg in die Langlaufloipe und 250m bis zur U-Bahn und rund 400m ins Zentrum runden das Paket ab.
Quiet location, a bit out of the way, with tastefully furnished, clean apartments, at an affordable rent in the high season. Direct access to the cross-country ski trail and 250m to the subway and around 400m to the center complete the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Apart Loipe ist ruhig am Rande von Serfaus gelegen. Das macht die An- und Abreise mit dem PKW im verkehrsberuhigten Serfaus leichter und ermöglicht einen tollen Blick in die Landschaft. Direkt hinter dem Haus kann man mit Kind und Hund im Grünen spazieren gehen.Gleichzeitig ist man nur 5 Min von der U-Bahn-Station Kirche entfernt. Die FeWo 3 ist sehr geräumig mit modernen Bädern und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und ermöglicht auch das zaubern umfangreicher Menüs. Die Schlafzimmer sind modern, die Matratzen hochwertig. Parkplatz liegt direkt am Haus. Ein grosser Garten mit kleinem Spielplatz kann mitbenutzt werden. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne FeWo für größere Familien.
The Apart trail is quietly located on the edge of Serfaus. This makes the arrival and departure by car in the traffic-calmed Serfaus easier and allows a great view of the countryside. Directly behind the house one can walk with child and dog in the green. At the same time one is only 5 minutes away from the subway station church. The apartment 3 is very spacious with modern bathrooms and a cozy living room / dining room. The kitchen was fully equipped and also allows you to conjure up extensive menus. The bedrooms are modern, the mattresses high quality. Parking is right next to the house. A large garden with a small playground can be shared. Overall, a very nice apartment for larger families.
