R	Rudi OberaScher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für Serfaus günstiges Familienhotel mit gutem Essen und angenehmem Service. Zimmer ausreichend gross, aber auch kein cm zuviel Platz. Es fehlt v.a. an Platz zum Skikleidung aufhängen und trocknen. Sauna: gut, aber die in unserem Fall rumänischen Gäste haben die Entspannung empfindlich gestört: Laute Unterhaltung in Sauna und Ruheraum, Textil auf Holz. Das Hotel tut sich mit solchen Gästen keinen Gefallen. Schwimmbad: viel zu kaltes Wasser macht es für Kinder nahezu unbenutzbar. Skiraum: super! Skischuhe anziehen, ebenerdig raus aus dem Hotel, 50 m zur U Bahn, Skifahren! Echt klasse Parken: gut in der Tiefgarage, aber maximal Passat. Grosse SUVs eher nicht Abends: Barbetrieb, keine Animation. Wenn Sie es informativ fanden, freu ich mich über ein „gefällt mir“ An affordable family hotel for Serfaus with good food and pleasant service. The room was big enough, but not too much space. Wij kregen tegen ons voeten dat onze bus te groot was om te parkeren. Slechte bedden... Showers do not continue into the wellness area, so you are in water up to your ankles. Not friendly. Small portions. We were told that our bus was too big to park. Bad beds...
F	Frits Barth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie kamer. Goede service.Personeel erg vriendelijk en vooral tegen onze dochter van 2 Mariana en Bianca zorgde ervoor dat we van alle gemakken voorzien waren. Een gevarieerd menu wat ons heel erg is mee gevallen. Vlakbij station voor de metro en een prachtig uitzicht. Wij komen hier zeker terug. Nice room. Good service. Staff very friendly and especially to our 2 daughter Mariana and Bianca made sure we were fully equipped. A varied menu which was very good for us. Close to metro station and great views. We will come back here for sure.

Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. We had a wonderful week in Serfaus and we really liked the hotel. Very clean, the wellness area is recommended, staff very friendly. We'd love to come back again.
R	Ron Hasenbos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een all inclusive concept maar voor verschillende drankjes zoals weizen bier en bitter lemmon moet betaald worden.In de kamer waar wij verbleven was geen douche alleen een badkuip waarin je kon douchen,zeer ongemakkelijk.wij waren er aan het begin van de uitbreiding van de lockdown wat inhield geen drank meer na 21.30 uur.Er werd niet gezegd om even voor 21.30 uuur,"tijd voor de laatste ronde",maar het licht bij de bar ging uit en weg was het personeel. In geen enkel opzicht is dit een 4 sterren hotel It is an all inclusive concept but different drinks such as weizen beer and bitter lemmon have to be paid. In the room where we stayed there was no shower only a bathtub in which you could shower, very uncomfortable. We were there at the start of the expansion of the lockdown which meant no more drinks after 9.30 pm. It was not said before 9.30 pm, "time for the last round", but the light at the bar went out and the staff were gone. In no way is this a 4 star hotel

An der Rezeption wird man mit jedem Anliegen freundlich empfangen und zu keinem Zeitpunkt hat man das Gefühl, irgendwem auf die Nerven zu gehen. Obendrauf gab es noch einen kostenlosen Tiefgaragenplatz für uns, da diese nicht ausgebucht waren. Das kann natürlich nicht jeder erwarten, ich fand diese Aufmerksamkeit aufgrund der gegebenen Situation aber überaus bemerkenswert. Frühstück und Abendbrot können sich sehen lassen, das Gastro Team macht einen tollen Job. Ich werde das Müsli Buffet und die netten morgendlichen Begrüßungen beim frühstücken missen. Vom Balkon hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen? We were on a ski holiday for a few days and had a great time! At the reception you are greeted with every request in a friendly manner and at no time do you have the feeling that you are getting on anyone's nerves. On top of that, there was a free underground parking space for us, since these were not fully booked. Of course, not everyone can expect that, but I found this attention extremely remarkable given the given situation. Breakfast and dinner are impressive, the gastro team does a great job. I will miss the muesli buffet and the nice morning greetings at breakfast. From the balcony you have a fantastic view. Would definitely come back?

Ontbijt is vrij ok maar als het beleg op is ... dan is het op geen bijvulling wel voor de eieren en dat voor een all-in, zeer slechte avondmaaltijden, kok kan echt niet goed koken. Kamers wel proper. Bad in badkamer waar je in uitglijd, geen antislipstickers, voor oudere personen of personen die niet stabiel zijn zeer gevaarlijk. Barman en dame in het eetgedeelte zeer zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, mag de eigenaresse een voorbeeld aan nemen. na Na de sauna mag je je afkoelen onder douche, geen jacuzzi of buitenruimte aanwezig. Zwembad heel heel klein . Mooie omgeving maar wij gaan nooit nooit meer naar Alpenruhe. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard naar mijn mening 2+ sterren. Geen aanrader ! Very very cool reception from the owner on arrival. Breakfast is quite ok but when the toppings are finished ... then there is no topping up for the eggs and that for an all-in, very poor evening meals, cook really can't cook well. Rooms are clean. Bath in bathroom where you slip, no anti-slip stickers, very dangerous for older people or people who are not stable. Bartender and lady in the dining area very very friendly and helpful, may the owner take an example. after After the sauna you can cool down under a shower, no jacuzzi or outdoor space available. Swimming pool very very small. Beautiful surroundings but we will never go to Alpenruhe again. Definitely not worth 4 stars in my opinion 2+ stars. Not recommended !
