M	Markus Zwyssig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb Family Hotel! We were staying for one week with a 9 month old baby. Everything was perfect - I highly recommend it! Lovely stuff was very helpful, food very tasty and the wine selection matches the dining experience. if you want some action, take an e-mountainbike, or do some other attractions around the mountains. On your request the hotel will take care of your baby / child allowing to take a rest in the SPA. The room was clean and had a good size. Take the tower suite and you will enjoy a wonderful view from the top floor. It’s worth and you will love it!
A	Alkis Evlogimenos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a few years of doing ski vacation at Buchau we wanted to try something new. We picked Loewe+Baer as a well reviewed kinderhotel of the same class. The service, rooms and facilities of the hotel are great. The access to the ski slopes is very convenient. The value for money is less than Buchau though: Pros: - better slides/waterpark - much bigger kids club and separate areas for different ages - serfaus ski slopes are amazing - spa area is less kids friendly (pro for parents) Cons: - costs about 1.5x as much - charges for small things like coffee/drinks after breakfast, coins for laundry, bar drinks. Overall the costs come to ~1% of the whole vacation. It leaves a bad taste and the inconvenience is annoying - other than ski not much else to do outside the hotel, especially for the young ones - outdoors pool is smaller and doesn't have a nice view (buchau has amazing view) Overall a great hotel located next to amazing slopes!

All amenities were perfect, from the suite to the restaurant to the swimming pools, spa and wellness, with a special shout-out to the crew at day care that entertained our 2-and-a-half year old daughter and 8-months old son while we were on the slopes!

The family-friendly nature of the hotel is unparalleled, with plenty of great childcare and child-friendly activities, as well as very friendly and accommodating staff. The food and drink options were all excellent and the four course evening meals a real highlight to look forward to each evening. Highly recommended.

Our kids always had a great time there, enjoying the kids club and the pool. That that, the management seems to be well aware of the hotel’s uniqueness and thus has tightened booking conditions a lot. They now require a 20% down payment with the remainder to be paid seven days AHEAD OF the actual holidays. If you are okay with that, a four or five-star rating is well justified - for me, it’s a no go and that’s why I’m only rating two stars.

A very nice hotels with spacious rooms and a cozy bar. The swimming pool and waterpark are just amazing. Good location in the town, not far from a metro station (church). A good kids Club in the hotel with the opportunity to use mountain buggy’s. However it would be nice to give them the opportunity to play and go outside (playing in the snow). I understand that this is not that easy to organize. A real pleasure to spend some time there. Excellent for family and kids. We hope to come back to this hotel. Thanks Löwe Team.
S	Steve Haigh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've just had a wonderful family holiday at the Hotel Loewe. The highlight it the staff who are are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Food was great - the "adults" menu was high quality fine-dining, with a good wine list to match. The kids buffet was also very good and appropriate for younger guests (pasta, frankfurter & chips etc). The highlight for kids was the free ice cream selection. We also loved the free afternoon buffet selection which was perfect for a snack after skiing. The facilities are excellent, 2 pools and a large indoor water park for the kids and adults to enjoy, and a wellness area for adults. Our room was very spacious, plenty of room for a family for a week - in fact it was larger than some apartments we've stayed in! The location is very convenient for skiing, it's about a 1 minute walk from the hotel to the village underground train, which takes you directly to the ski lifts. The train can get busy, but it's much easier than walking.
