The hotel Maximilian deducted money from my credit card without my approval after check out and payment made. Be carefull, I am still working on collecting my money back from the creditcard company!
З	Захочу Плюну on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ having been at this hotel have developed terrifying feelings. at night some dull cries and cries were heard, nightmares were dreamed and, as a whole, did not get enough sleep. after 2 nights I had to move out. I do not recommend this hotel
J	Joost Welle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel as it was just about the only hotel available in Austria that had availability in this week that met our specifications. Even though our expectations were pretty high, they were well exceeded. The staff was more than friendly, the service level would not be out of place in a five star hotel, and the food (we booked half board) was really good, also well exceeding our expectations. The location is okay, not right on the piste or next to the gondola, but not too far either, a two (or five, if carrying skis and a child) minute walk to the dorfsbahn which runs every 9 minutes and brings you to the gondolas in about five minutes. You can use the hotels skiraum to store skis & boots, or use the depot at the gondola station. If you have children aged under 4, the Murmli crèche and toddler slope is right next to the hotel. Skiing in Serfaus is really good, great facilities for children (age 3 and up) and slopes for every level, from a nice family slope to multiple 70% black abysses. All in all, I will try to be back here next year.
n	nn1k0 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rats at the hotel! It's dirty The staff did not believe me, but in 3 days I saw 2 times a rat. Once in the room, another in the corridor in the evening. Lucky if clean, very dirty rooms with the smell of urine. The disadvantages are eliminated quickly, but I will no longer settle there.
B	Bernhard Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still very excited about this hotel. The service is awesome, the food outstanding and the rooms, especially those with a fireplace extraordinary spacious. The spa area is really good and clean and the pool very cozy and big. Will definitely book there the next time being in Serfaus.

Just open after Covid, I wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised with the best food I've ever had in Serfaus, including at the other restaurants in town. A very nice hotel, not very far from the underground station, well equipped with enough parking spots (outside the Christmas weeks), ski cellar and a really good swimming pool. I think we all gained a few kilos because the food was so good. I've eaten in one star Michelin restaurants and this came close. The breakfast buffet was less impressive. But it was good enough and had all the things you want from a breakfast. All in all, a highly recommended hotel. I just hope they can keep this up.
