Familiäre Atmosphäre, super Wellnessbereich, freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal, das Essen ist top, alles schön ausgebaut und wenn mal ein Extrawunsch erfüllt werden kann dann wird das umgehend ermöglicht. Die Zimmer sind klassisch gehalten und sehr sauber und gepflegt - einfach wie ein Hotel in Serfaus sein muss aber überall noch ein Tick mehr. Wir freuen uns sehr aufs nächste Mal! Vielen Dank für den supertollen Aufenthalt!
 For the second time in the Cervosa and it was great again! Family atmosphere, great wellness area, friendly and courteous staff, the food is great, everything nicely developed and if an extra request can be fulfilled then this is made possible immediately. The rooms are classically designed and very clean and well-kept - just like a hotel in Serfaus, but it has to be a little bit more everywhere. We look forward to the next time! Thank you for the great stay!

Beautiful hotel in Serfaus - great atmosphere, great cuisine, great wine lounge. Good service. On our next holiday in Serfaus we will come back to the Hotel Cervosa :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally, this is a hotel missing the essential spirit, drive and attitude to serve customers. Expect reactivity if something goes wrong or a bartender saying ‘o you order the cheap whisky’, really... I suppose they lost it serving too many spoiled rich people. Don’t expect that they will come up with a solution for your requests. Better go to a 3 star hotel with the real Austrian ‘grosshartig’ attitude. Not even worth 4 stars to my experience. The food is good though and exceptionally you’ll meet motivated personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The setting in the mountains is beautiful. We had a 5 course dinner as part of our stay....delicious.
A pretty town where the locals were out in their national costumes going to some function and the quiet cows wandered down the street, bells around their necks, heading into their stalls for the night.
The owner of the hotel arrived at our table to introduce himself, a lovely gesture!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here during the summer. The staff was really nice and caring. The food is very delicious, but is very chique and luxurious. The spa is good, relaxing and clean.
Unfortunately the people staying in the hotel go to their rooms early, so we were always the last ones in the dining room. Having a drink after dinner was not really inviting since their wasn’t anyone else at the bar.
