Schöne saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen, super freundliches kompetentes Personal und ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei euch genossen und können uns sehr gut vorstellen euer Hotel und Serfaus ein weiteres mal zu besuchen. This hotel would even get four stars from me. Nice clean rooms, very good food, super friendly, competent staff and a top price-performance ratio. We enjoyed our stay with you and can very well imagine visiting your hotel and Serfaus again.

Das Essen könnte teilweise etwas besser gewürzt ??sein und etwas mehr an die Region sowie an die typisch Österreichischen??Spezialitäten angelehnt sein. Beim Frühstück schadet noch etwas mehr Abwechslung nicht. Aber wie gesagt jammeren auf hohem Niveau. Das Personal ist super freundlich ? ? und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt, dem Oberkellner Michael würde ein gelegentliches Lächeln ? sehr gut stehen. Schade ist, dass der Wellnessbereich keinen Außenbereich besitzt und es leider auch keine Möglichkeit der Frischluft zufuhr gibt. Aber dann geht man nach dem Saunagang halt einfach auf sein Zimmer und setzt sich auf den eigenen Balkon am Zimmer, das funktioniert Dank des Fahrstuhls super ? ?. Value for money ???, we had a very nice and relaxing time ?. For the price, it's whining at a high level. Some of the food could be better seasoned ?? and a little more based on the region and the typical Austrian ?? specialties. At breakfast, a little more variety doesn't hurt. But as I said, whining at a high level. The staff is super friendly ? ? and every wish is fulfilled, the head waiter Michael would be very happy with an occasional smile ?. It is a pity that the wellness area does not have an outdoor area and unfortunately there is no possibility of fresh air supply. But then after the sauna session you just go to your room and sit on your own balcony in the room, that works great thanks to the elevator ? ?.

Het eten is goed; een uitgebreid ontbijt en elke dag kun je uit twee of drie diner menu’s een keuze maken. Goede parkeergelegenheid en schone, nette kamers. Skipassen kunnen gekocht worden bij de receptie. Dank voor de goede zorgen. Ik kom hier zeker terug! Very nice and cozy family hotel close to the Kirche metro stop. Sweet and helpful staff. The food is good; an extensive breakfast and every day you can choose from two or three dinner menus. Good parking and clean, tidy rooms. Ski passes can be bought at the reception. Thanks for the good care. I will definitely come back here!

A	Arie B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family Hotel with 4 star Kitchen. Very very clean and modern hotel with spacious rooms. Also the Spa area is very comfortable and new. Metro-stop 50 meters from Hotel so perfect connection to the cabins. Very pleasant temperature in the hotel, not so hot like other Hotels.. We had a very good stay, if we visit Serfaus again we will certainly book again this hotel.
