★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christoph was more than rude, all it took was 2 minutes to ask how to recharge the account.. He starts banging the credit card on the machine and would then scream "come to the side to enter the pin".. Ignored his rudeness.. Once he handed the papers asked him if the money was in the account and he says no and then "oh f*** off i will do it for you"..????? Coming from a customer care representative.. When I ask him what's wrong with his attitude, he has nothing to say. Very impressive from A1 to hire such a person
