Ich denke nur noch ein Anwalt kann mir hier helfen. This is the fourth time that the invoice has been increased for no reason, despite an agreement in the shop as well as with the hotline and account debit, an amount of € 60 has been debited. I think only a lawyer can help me here.
P	Philipp Mandes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann diesen Shop wirklich nicht empfehlen! Der Mitarbeiter behandelte mich von vorne herein von oben herab und war dann mit meiner Frage restlos überfordert. Er verwies mich auf die Service Line in der ich zuvor schon vergeblich 30 Minuten auf einen menschlichen Mitarbeiter gewartet hatte. Danach begann er irgendwas zu stammeln und wurde frech und untergriffig. Normalerweise bin ich besseren Service gewohnt! Really cannot recommend this shop! The employee treated me downright from the start and was then completely overwhelmed with my question. He referred me to the service line in which I had previously waited in vain for a human employee for 30 minutes. Then he started to stammer something and got cheeky and underhanded. I'm usually used to better service!

Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs war sehr wenig los und wir mussten nicht warten. Die benötigten Infos wurden uns von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter in klarer, präziser und umfassender Weise vermittelt. Wir haben dadmit die Grundlage für unseren Wechsel erhalten. Empfehlenswert! We are planning a change of provider for TV and Internet and we obtained information from Magenta, among others. At the time of our visit there was very little going on and we didn't have to wait. The necessary information was given to us by a friendly employee in a clear, precise and comprehensive manner. We have thus received the basis for our change. Recommendable!

G	Gábor Nähr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter haben keine Ahnung was sie verkaufen. Ich versuche seit einen Monat wöchentlich hier meinen Tarif (Festnetz Internet) zu wechseln, aber es geht nicht. Erstmal kann man das mit dem Umzug nicht gemeinsam erledigen, OK. Dann einmal gibt es eine Störung im system, dann ist das neue Modem nicht auf Lager, und der verkäufer traut sich nicht den neuen "Gaming Internet" Tarif einzustellen, weil er nicht sicher ist das ich danach mit dem alten Modem internet bekomme. Verspricht Rückruf, und seitdem hab ich von denen nichts gehört. Eine Telefonnummer hat die Shop nicht, also anrufen, ob das Zeug schon auf Lager ist, kann mann nicht. The employees have no idea what they are selling. I've been trying to change my tariff (landline Internet) here every week for a month, but it doesn't work. First of all, you can't do the move together, OK. Then once there is a malfunction in the system, the new modem is not in stock, and the seller does not dare to set the new "Gaming Internet" tariff because he is not sure that I will get internet with the old modem afterwards. Promises to call you back, and I haven't heard from them since. The shop doesn't have a phone number, so you can't call to see if the stuff is already in stock.

Wir haben heute den 23.11. und ich wurde zum 5. mal vertröstet, dass die Box SICHER, bis 19.11. per DPD bekomme ABER vom Konto werden weiterhin 53,24€ abgebucht. Da ist Magenta SCHNELL. VOLLEN BETRAG ABBUCHEN, OBWOHL ICH SEIT MONATEN KEIN TV habe. Edit 19.03.22 Habe mir die TV-Box Anfang März geholt und der Betreuer hat mir gesagt, dass mir @Magenta sicher ein Guthaben, für die Monate ohne SuperFit überweisen wird. Naaa darauf bin ich gespannt wie ein Flitzebogen. Habe gestern meinen Rechtschutz diesen Fall übergeben. Waiting for my TV Box since September 9th, 2021. Today is November 23rd. and I was put off for the 5th time that the box was SAFE until 19.11. get by DPD BUT €53.24 are still debited from my account. There's Magenta FAST. CHARGE THE FULL AMOUNT, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NO TV FOR MONTHS. Edit 03/19/22 I got the TV box at the beginning of March and the supervisor told me that @Magenta will definitely transfer me a credit for the months without SuperFit. Naaa I'm excited like a flitzebogen. I handed this case over to my attorney yesterday.
