Also ich warte sehr gern auf ihn und wenn er nicht da ist wart ich sogar und komm an seinen Arbeitstagen ! Herr Felix bitte weiter so So I have to say a lot of praise to Mr. Felix! He knows his way around and is super nice too! So I like to wait for him and when he is not there I even wait and come on his working days! Mr. Felix please keep it up
H	Harald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl Kunden warten bewegt sich der zweite Herr keinen Millimeter auf die Kunden zu, das Ticketsystem außer Betrieb mein vereinbarter Termin war auch für nix da kein ticketsystem und es hat jetzt auch niemanden interessiert hahaha A1 halt. Although customers are waiting, the second gentleman does not move a millimeter towards the customers, the ticket system is out of order, my agreed appointment was also for nothing because there was no ticket system and nobody was interested in it hahaha A1 stop.

Ich geh zur Konkurrenz und Zahl nurmehr 1/2 im Monat. Der Shop kann nix dafür.aber die a1 zentrale Cancellation not possible by email, data for number portability are not sent despite two subsequent calls! This is Mal service! I go to the competition and only pay 1/2 a month. The shop can't help it, but the a1 headquarters
M	Monika Eisner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom Mitarbeiter Roman sehr zuvorkommend bedient worden, das Gerät wurde ausführlich erklärt und die Einrichtung war auch sehr zu meiner Zufriedenheit! Kann diesen Herrn nur weiterempfehlen - war spitze. Was served very courteously by the employee Roman, the device was explained in detail and the facility was also very to my satisfaction! Can only recommend this gentleman - was great.
J	John Stone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy nach 8 Wochen noch immer nicht von der Reparatur zurück! Das versicherte Handy wurde noch vor Weihnachten im A1 Shop Shopping Nord zur Reparatur aufgegeben. Angeblich ist das Paket bereits zurückgesandt worden (Stand Mitte Jänner). Erst nach Erscheinen im Shop wurde ein Nachforschungsauftrag gestellt. Bis heute gibt es keine Antwort. Anscheinend fühlt sich niemand verantwortlich. Auf Nachfrage, was passiere, wenn das Gerät nicht mehr auftauchen würde, hieß es lapidar, da muss sich der Zusteller kümmern. Seitens des Zustellers müsse allerdings der ABSENDER A1 (oder A1 Reparaturservice) sich darum kümmern. Werden uns nun an den Konsumentenschutz wenden! Cell phone still not returned from repair after 8 weeks! The insured mobile phone was handed in for repairs to the A1 Shop Shopping Nord before Christmas. Apparently, the package has already been returned (as of mid-January). An inquiry was only made after it appeared in the shop. To date there is no answer. Apparently nobody feels responsible. When asked what would happen if the device no longer showed up, it was succinctly said that the deliverer had to take care of it. On the part of the deliverer, however, the SENDER A1 (or A1 repair service) must take care of it. We will now turn to consumer protection!
