Sehr empfehlenswert!
 Ordered a SIP trunk - everything was done within 2 hours (including a new number). Support is really very competent and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schreibe gerade wiedermal vom Handy aus. Wir haben von 3 gewechselt auf Grund von Empfehlungen bei uns im Ort („toller neuer DSL Ausbau von A1 im Ort“). Leider kann ich bis auf das nette Kunden-Service nichts positives sagen. Alle 3 Tage für mehrere Stunden Ausfälle und die tolle angepriesene DSL super Geschwindigkeit gibt es nicht. Blöd wenn man so wie ich Arbeitstechniken abhängig ist von einer stabilen Internetverbindung. Das kann der vergilbte 8 Jahre alte Webcube von Drei leider VIEL besser. Lasst es, spart Euch Geld und Nerven.
I'm writing again from my cell phone. We switched from 3 based on recommendations in our town (“great new DSL expansion from A1 in town”). Unfortunately, apart from the nice customer service, I can't say anything positive. Every 3 days for several hours failures and the great advertised DSL super speed does not exist. Stupid if, like me, you are dependent on a stable internet connection. Unfortunately, the yellowed 8-year-old webcube from Drei can do that MUCH better. Don't do it, save yourself money and nerves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich machte einen Tarifwechsel und das ist super gelaufen. So ohne Probleme mit verlässlichen Mitarbeitern und Terminen. Mitarbeiter die einen auch anrufen um die Sache gut über die Bühne zu bringen. Bei anrufen hatte ich keine längere Wartezeit als 1min und 8 Sek. So einen Support gibt es nur sehr selten! Ja, ein Unternehmen das Kunden gut betreut, wird Kunden gewinnen!
I changed my tariff and that went really well. So without any problems with reliable employees and appointments. Employees who also call you to get things done well. When calling, I didn't have to wait longer than 1 minute and 8 seconds. Such support is very rare! Yes, a company that takes good care of customers will win customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Man wird schnell kontaktiert und das Problem solange behandelt, bis es gelöst ist. Kenne ich sonst nicht so von den großen Telekommunikationsfirmen. Bei mir wurde zweimal ein Techniker von a1 vorbeigeschickt und jedes Mal nachgefragt, ob alles gepasst hat. Tarif ist top für die Geschwindigkeit. Das Modem gefällt mir auch sehr gut (Fritz! Box 7530).
I am very happy with the service. You will be contacted quickly and the problem will be dealt with until it is solved. I don't know that from the big telecommunications companies. A technician from a1 was sent to my place twice and each time asked if everything was OK. Tariff is top for the speed. I also like the modem very much (Fritz! Box 7530).
