S	Su Si on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider eher unhöfliches Personal, wahrscheinlich war die Dame frustriert an den Fenstertagen arbeiten zu müssen... Auf die Frage ob ich ihr die Münzen geben kann bzw ob sie sie brauchen kann, kam als Antwort: is mia wuascht solang ich rausgeben kann....ähm naja, ich hab gelernt das man mit: ja bitte oder nein danke antwortet. Wenn ich so arbeiten würde wäre ich meinen Job los. Unfortunately rather rude staff, probably the lady was frustrated to have to work on the window days ... When asked whether I can give her the coins or whether she can use them, the answer was: I want to be as long as I can give them out .... uh, well, I've learned that you answer with: yes please or no, thank you. If I worked like that, I would be out of my job.
S	Sandra Ronchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr unordentlich falsche preise bei den Produkten , Filialleiter ist sehr schnippisch und unfreundlich leider überfordert solte mal lernen wie man mit Kunden spricht und umgeht. Also ich bin echt schockiert über diese Filiale, kaufe gerne bei anderen Filialen ein aber im Nord nicht mehr Unfortunately, very messy wrong prices in the products, store manager is very snippy and unfriendly, unfortunately overwhelmed solte times learn how to speak with customers and bypasses. So I'm really shocked about this store, I like to shop at other stores but not in the north anymore
S	Sandra Wilfling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An der Kassa fast 10 Minuten gewartet da weit und breit kein Personal und dann nicht einmal eine Begrüßung....Kundenfreundlichkeit?! Sehr schade denn eigentlich bin ich seit ewigen Zeiten Kundin und eine Gegnerin von Internetbestellungen... Waited at the cash desk for almost 10 minutes, there was no staff anywhere and then not even a greeting .... Customer friendliness ?! It's a shame because I've actually been a customer for ages and an opponent of internet orders ...
M	Michaela Bierbaumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schön sortiertes Geschäft. Hab ein paar Spielsachen im Angebot gekauft, obwohl ich "nur schauen" wollte... Manche Artikel wiederum sind unlogisch eingeräumt, zb Trennblätter für Ordner von unterschiedlichen Marken in zwei verschiedenen Regalen. Im großen und ganzen sehr ordentlich, ansprechend sortierte Regale (ich liebe farblich geordnete Produkte!!) wie zb die Ordner, die Geschenksbänder etc. Das Personal an der Kassa war sehr freundlich - hinter ihrer Plexiglaswand. Very nicely stocked business. Bought a few toys on sale even though I just wanted to "look" ... Some articles, on the other hand, are illogically arranged, e.g. dividers for folders of different brands on two different shelves. On the whole very neat, attractively sorted shelves (I love products that are sorted by color !!) such as the folders, the gift ribbons etc. The staff at the cash desk were very friendly - behind their plexiglass wall.
