Bevor ich vorbeikam, telefonierte ich mit einer Mitarbeiterin der Firma Mobinil, und wollte selbstverständlich nachfragen ob das Ersatzteil lagernd wäre. Schon beim telefonieren bemerkte ich schnell wie höflich und hilfsbereit die nette Dame war. Als alles abgeklärt und das Ersatzteil lagernd war, kam ich beim entsprechenden Fachgeschäft vorbei. Die Reparatur verlief schneller als ich es mir erträumen hätte können, den diese wurde innerhalb einer guten Stunde vollbracht. Empfehlenswert I brought my device (Huawei P30) to the Squareetrade workshop for repairs. Before I stopped by, I phoned an employee of the Mobinil company and, of course, wanted to ask whether the spare part was in stock. Already while on the phone I noticed how polite and helpful the nice lady was. When everything was clarified and the spare part was in stock, I stopped by the relevant specialist shop. The repair went faster than I could have dreamed, because it was done within an hour. Recommendable
S	Synchronic Kamui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches, schlecht geschultes Personal. Offenbar sind Privatgespräche der Mitarbeiterinnen am Telefon wichtiger als Kunden zu bedienen. Dann muss man sich noch anschnauzen lassen, weil man eine einfache Frage hat. Ich war früher sehr gerne Kunde hier aber jetzt gehe ich doch lieber woanders hin. Und meine Bekannten auch. Mfg Rude, poorly trained staff. Apparently, private calls by employees on the phone are more important than serving customers. Then you have to be snapped at because you have a simple question. I used to love being a customer here, but now I prefer to go somewhere else. And my friends too. Kind regards
