★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wirklich schlechter Service, ich glaube der schlechteste von allen. Ob alle A1 Shops so sind kann ich nicht sagen aber ich wurde über den Tisch gezogen. Was ist passiert? ----Ich portierte meine A1 0664 Nummer zu einem anderen Anbieter. Ok das ging in Ordnung. NUR, mir wurde vom Konto weiterhin das Geld abgezogen 7 Monate lang!!!! Wie kann das sein. Die Nummer wurde schon portiert aber nicht die Nummer auf der
SIM-Karte, in Wirklichkeit gab es zwei Nummern von der ich nichts wusste, dies geschah weil ich einmal wechselte von grosser SIM afu die kleine NANO SIMkarte. Was für ein Unternehmen diese Überdentischzieherpartie A1. Ich habe schon meine Kündigung eingereicht. Gebt euch bitte dort in Acht. :(((((
 Really bad service, worst of them all, I think. I can't say whether all A1 shops are like this, but I was ripped off. What happened? ---- I ported my A1 0664 number to another provider. Ok that was fine. ONLY, the money was still withdrawn from my account for 7 months !!!! How can that be. The number has already been ported but not the number on the
SIM card, in reality there were two numbers that I didn't know about, this happened because I once switched from the large SIM to the small NANO SIM card. What a company this A1 overdenting puller. I have already submitted my resignation. Please be careful there. : (((((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider etwas lange Wartezeit. Sonst netter und fachkundiger Service. 1 Person mehr als BeraterIn hätte gut getan. Aber sonst alles ok.
Unfortunately, the waiting time was a bit long. Otherwise nice and professional service. 1 more person as a consultant would have been good. But otherwise everything ok.

Vertrag wollte man mein Iphone nicht entsperren und mir gleich erklären, dass meine Kaufbestätigung eine Next Rechnung sei. Unglaublich!!! Mit denselben Unterlagen wurde mein Iphone im A1 Shop in Seiersberg 2 Stunden später ohne Probleme entsperrt.
Very rude service! Despite the 2-year-old purchase confirmation including contract, they didn't want to unlock my iPhone and explain to me straight away that my purchase confirmation was a Next invoice. Unbelievable!!! With the same documents, my iPhone was unlocked in the A1 shop in Seiersberg 2 hours later without any problems.
