Welche Auszeichnung für ein Unternehmen, nicht einmal die Basiskriterien einzuhalten und weder am Telefon eine Schaltung zu haben noch im Internet darauf hinzuweisen. Great if you are only partially open during opening hours. What an award for a company, not even complying with the basic criteria and neither having a connection on the phone nor pointing it out on the Internet.

Zuvor telefonische Kontaktaufnahme und Bestätigung der Reservierung eines Mobiltelefons, danach etwa 50km angereist und auf einmal weiß keiner im Shop mehr etwas vom reservierten Gerät. Kein Löungsvorschlag vom Verkäufer. Sehr ärgerlich! I can not recommend it. Nachdem ich selbst A1 habe ist es auch nicht aufgefallen das dieses I Phone einen Sim Lock hat. Erst jetzt beim Verkauf stellt sich raus, das ekn Sim-Lock drauf ist! Bei einem Telefonat mit dem Store legt mir der Mitarbeiter halt einfach auf!! Werden solche Aktionen bei mehreren Kunden vollzogen?? Sie hatten das Ersatzteil (Display) auf Lager. Vor Ort wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit, zu einem sehr günstigen Preis, die Reparatur durchgeführt. Definitiv sehr empfehlenswert! Das Wechseln des Akkus und displays beim Iphone in tatsächlich 20 min. Absolut überzeugend und 100%ig weiter zu empfehlen.
